Biggest rip off ever!!!!!! Don't deal with Vitality for life – We bought two of these blenders, and as soon as the warranty on the jug was over both jugs started to leak and crack. Vitality for Life could not care less, they don't supply replacement jugs they just say bad luck buy this new blender we have now. Consumer affairs can't chase them in Victoria as they are based in NSW. What a rip off!!

junk- do not buy – Jug cracks and leaks in all cases and company will not honour legal obligations to replace or refund. company says too bad, buy another one. I tell everyone I can to stay away. Bad product, bad service and ridiculous price. Do not justify a purchase, eventually they all break and you will not get a refund. n/a price and quality

I Love This Blender – I have read all the reviews and maybe I am the lucky one. I have had my Power Mill Blender for 3 years now and I have no problem with it all. I cannot do without my green smoothies/red if I add beetroot every morning and it makes the best chocolate avocado slice via mixing the ingredients. However, now that I am aware of everyone else's… Read more

problems, I will be saving up to buy another high speed blender if and when mine stops. Very sorry for everyone who have experienced problems, I guess I am the lucky one. speed, fruit and vegetable smoothies noisy

rip off – brought the powermill blender as it was recommended as the top of the range....now the jug is leaking and have been advised I will need to buy a new blender!!! no replacement jugs made......not acceptable. Total waste of money. Recommended blender is $400 - an expensive experience why would these machines be sold knowing that replacement parts are not available

Not worth it – TERRIBLE - had it for just under 2 years and the motor intermittently fails, jug cracked and mouldy all around seal. Dont waste time or money on cheaper versions and dont wate time with Vitality for Life- poor customer service and there are much better quality online stores to use. I liked when it worked for the first year and wasn't mouldy Temperamental, cracked and difficult to clean seals.

Would not buy from Vitality4life – Was happy with my powermill blender until the jug cracked at the bottom near the blade and despite our best efforts is no longer usable. Vitality4life will not supply another as they no longer stock this item. The blender was very expensive and the after sales service is equivalently poor. While I liked the product, Vitality4life is not a… Read more

company I would recommend people purchase from. Good blender while the jug lasted Jug cracked and Vitality4life could not replace it even though it is only a few years old

No good enough – After less then 2 years of very little use, the jug is cracking from the bottom near the blade + the seal get moldy and require a lot of attention. after contacting vitality 4 life I was told I would need to buy a other jug even this is a major problem with this blender, they suppose to ring me back with info but never did. expensive for a average blender, Vitality 4 life not helpful in solving the problem, and never return your calls

Blender is all mixed up – We have had the Powermill, or one of several replacements, for maybe 3 years. I think it is fair to say it is a lemon. The seal at the blades flogs out (2 replacement jugs) the jugs cracks on the mountings where the blades attach (2 jugs replaced), the controller fails - 3 different occasions. There are other incidents but I get too upset thinking… Read more

about the frustration. Vitality 4 Life have given mixed service, initially defensive then I guess as they had more of these come back finally accepting it is a dud and now attempting to negotiate a swap out or upgrade. Wait and see on that.

We are one of 6 purchasers in our yoga group who have each had failures, not a good track record.

The ad says 2HP motor however if you do the maths on the spec 950W it is actually a 1.3hp motor. Large jug, able to make a green smoothy with serving for 4 persons. Frequent failures and return for warranty, long periods going without a blender.

Terrible – In the week that I've had my new Power Mill blender I've only been able to use it once, to make a delicious vegetable soup. However, a little of the soup became trapped at the bottom of the blender, and no amount of washing helped. Vitality4Life responded promptly to my email message asking what to do, with the reply: "Best thing to do is to add… Read more

some hot water to the blender each time you finish using it and turn it on for a few seconds." This has not resolved the problem, and logically it doesn't make sense to have to do this anyway. Until the problem is solved, the blender is a health risk and unusable. The Power Mill is a very strong, powerful and versatile blender that compares well to other blenders in a similar price bracket. The container leaks at the bottom.

Terrible – Do not buy this machine because Vitality 4 Life will not refund you the money if you used it for more than 30 days. They never told me this beforehand and it is not written on their litrature anywhere. Their service is shocking and you have to wait for a long time to receive it back, if they ever fix it. The machine is faulty. It is made in Korea… Read more

and the price you pay is not worth the machine. It is all a HYpe, that's all it is!! I liked about it that it was fast and blended the food to a smooth consistency. That is until it stopped working. Only 8 months after I bought it. After 8 months it stopped. It became a faulty product. It wouldn't go past the first speed, it stopped and all the speed lights were flashing. 3 of my friends had the same problem. I tried to get it fixed by the company I bought it from "Vitality 4 Life" in Byron Bay, they returned it with the same problem. They did not fix it! I asked them for a full refund since it was only 8 months old and was refused on the basis that I had it for over 30 days. I a have lodged a complaint through the Office of Fair Trading and sent an email to Current Affair. I am waiting to hear from both.

Almost perfect but not quite – The efficiency of this blender is great. It has no trouble blending even the toughest of ingredients. However, I do have a complaint....the silicon seal on the lid of the blender is non removable. Therefore, there is no possible way of drying water which gets trapped under there when washing after use. Now, between the rubber seal and the lid… Read more ·  1

Long term view – Having owned a power mill now for 2 years I am confident that I will never buy another product from this brand. The plastic mixing jug quickly turns opaque and then stains. The lid has been replaced as it cracked and now the replacement has cracked. The speed controller has been repaired. Dangerous incident occured when the device started on… Read more

it's own when left on the bench plugged in, which had us return the device again to have the electronics replaced.

The device has just been returned today, electronics repaired, but now the blades are seized.

Next stop for this mixer is the rubbish bin! Power
