'Assembled in the USA' marketing as I was, it is really just the same as the competitors with a higher price tag.
The blender is good overall, however for the price point I was expecting it to feel better made, the classic versions seems to have that very feeling very well done but unfortunately was not available in Australia Show details

been repurposed into a pulse switch. And honestly? I love it! We often needed to just pulse nuts or smaller bits, and on the older model, that was a bit tricky. This change makes the blending experience so much more precise and intuitive.
It still comes with a 5-year factory warranty, which really speaks volumes about the machine’s durability and quality—just like our last one.
If there’s one downside, it’s that the new blender is just as loud as the old one. It’s a bit of a roar! But honestly, that’s the sound of serious power under the hood.

Very satisfied – After spending several year's considering getting a Vitamix, I got one in 2021. There was an issue originally and the service was impeccable. Great Blender (when it works). Warranty process, not the best – We purchased an Explorian E310 in August 2022. We were happy with the purchase, the blender is powerful and suits our needs but when compared to our previous Vitamix model the build quality is inferior. properly so we contacted Vitamix and they sent a replacement. Great! But... Our blender has started to malfunction. It is making an awful grinding noise when in use, the blade gets jammed and sometimes it smells like burning. Unfortunately, this is where Vitamix lose points. We have been asked by kitchen warehouse fortitude valley store to deal directly with the distributor, this was a red flag. The distributor have asked us to send our blender in to be assessed and if deemed repairable, the repairs could take up to 4 weeks. This really is not convenient for us as we use this blender a few times per week and we could potentially be without a blender for some time. Considering the price paid for this blender, and its age, surely Vitamix can swap it for a direct replacement. And if not, they should be providing consumers with some form of compensation for the time spent without. At this point we would rather a full refund so that we could look into purchasing another blender ASAP, most likely not another Vitamix.
Be sure to read the warranty T's & C's before you buy! 10 years is great, but for some the warranty process is just not very convenient.
Update: I have made contact with Kitchen Warehouse customer service, asking why we were palmed off to a distributor. They said that it is their "in-house" policy to replace or refund any items that are faulty and were perplexed as to why the manager of the store had asked us to deal with the distributor directly. If this happens to you, keep in mind that consumer laws state that the seller MUST take full responsibility for faulty goods and you have every right to have the seller deal with the warranty.
After all this - Vitamix have agreed to send us a replacement.

Great machine – Used these for years. Always reliable. I appreciate the small improvements made over time as well. Especially the removal of the old pulse function which caused some messes in the past. Now the pulse is much more manageable.

Affordable vitamix performance but feels cheap – I've had the E310 for almost a year now. It performs just like the more expensive blenders from vitamix which is great. My only gripe is that the speed dial feels very cheap with no resistance to it. The on/off switch is very light feeling and hard to visually see if it's in the on or off position. The lid also doesn't really fit on. Even if you press down, it kind of just sits there kind of crooked and doesn't actually clip over the jug like it seems it's meant to. Not a big deal but just weird and it bugs me.
In saying that, the price that this is for Vitamix performance is pretty good. It's just a shame they've cut corners on the part that releases all the energy. I want that bit to be solid and require a bit of force to activate.

This a Fantastic Blender – I have continually used my Vitamix for 12 years and purchased for my health food store. Has been very useful and handy in the kitchen. We make all sorts of dishes from smoothies, soup and sauces and with my other beaker, am able to grind nuts and grains. It has never let me down. Highly recommended. Excellent quality craftsmanship. Time will tell it’s value – Very poor customer communication, Never received a receipt or notification about sale or shipping… Had to call them to see if they even received my money. After receiving the product looks like I payed a lot of money for something simple. But time will tell to see how long it lasts. Probably won’t purchase from this company again.

Can cover all your blending needs – This is a higher end Blender but it should be the last blender you ever need. You can blend ice make beautiful smoothies and nut butters. this can also blend ingredients together to make HOT soup. this blender can do it all. it comes with the blender, base, lid measuring cup and muddling stick. had any complaints, because I didn't know any better. And it was so much better than those standard $80 ones, which are limited in their use. After the Omniblend jug broke, and I saw how expensive replacement jugs are ($189), I noticed that Vitamix is now offering this Explorian model which is similar in price as the Omniblend. So I took the plunge and my only regret is that I didn't do it from the start! The blends are sooooo smooth and effortless, as it's such a strong machine. I didn't realize this level of smoothness was possible, and it makes everything taste so much better! Frozen fruits, no problem, and no left over un-blended chunks of dates. It transforms my nut milks. I can't wait to get serious about green smoothies now (which weren't that great in the Omniblend). Cleaning is easier. All of the parts are of better quality and design. I have the white one, which looks great. My only regret is that I didn't go for a package deal which includes a dry jug and a 2L jug, as it's a better deal than buying them separately. I wish it included the scraper, instead of having to buy it extra. The Vitamix is a bit louder than the Omniblend, but the end result is totally worth it. Vitamix sell the fancier Ascent model as well, and I'm glad I didn't buy that one. The Ascent is more expensive and why would I want more breakable parts and to turn on the blender with my phone? The reviews say that the blending performance is the same. And the Explorian is compatible with other older Vitamix jugs etc, unlike the Ascent. I hardly ever write reviews, because I can't be bothered, but I like the Vitamix so much I wanted to share. Thank you Vitamix for making such awesome blenders! I just had the most heavenly healthy chocolate thick shake I have ever had in my life. TLDR: My advice; don't go for a knock-off like I did, go for gold the first time.
Vitamix E310 affordable luxury product – I have used many blenders over the years but I must say this is the best blender which balances price and performance. A solid made in USA machine that delivers nearly identical results in terms of blend quality to the more expensive 5200 that my sister has. Best Blender – Easily surpasses all other well known blender brands available in major department stores. You will not regret this purchase. Easily makes nut butters without needing to add oil, and makes smooth raw soups and smoothies without the disgusting chunks of the cheaper brands.
