I love my OmniBlend V
I've had my Omniblend for 13+ years. Changed the blade at 10 years. It's quite loud on high speed but I use ear muffs to protect my hearing. I use this for pesto, nut milk, berry smoothies, soups etc. It's good to have an appliance that has lasted and if it died tomorrow I would express post another one because of the 7 year motor warranty

Most pathetic service, ever
Own two machines, both gave up at the same time and after several calls, messages, still no reply.
Even after contacting JTC in China (manufacturer) direct, all they could do waste time, again and then telling me that their distributor in Australia will contact me "Soon". Haha, soon, ...next year?
No, Omniblend cost be now a lot of lost business. Omniblend? Never again!

Not nearly as good as a Vitamix at all, despite claims from the company.
Let's get straight to the point: the Omniblend V is crappy compared to a Vitamix.
It's an ok machine compared to $80 blenders and it lasted me 6 years, so that's pretty good. It makes flour, smoothies, nut milks, etc. It felt like a 4 to 5 star machine to me up until recently.
However, now I know better. The company convinced me to buy an Omniblend instead of a Vitamix 6 years ago by claiming that its performance is comparable to a Vitamix. It was cheaper too, so it seemed like an easy choice. They persuaded me with their horsepower numbers an
... Read mored comparing videos etc, but in the end; it's the quality of the design and materials that make the better blend. I dropped the Omniblend jug, and it broke. The lid and the jug hadn't looked good for years, despite washing them every time. The jug was stained and dull and the lid kind of had this gross texture to it. A new jug was going to be $189, so I decided to buy a new Vitamix instead, as I didn't want to spend that much money on one jug and then have the motor give out in a year or so (not that there was any sign that it would, but I didn't know how long it would last past the 6 years I had already used it for). The Vitamix Explorian 310 has a similar price to the Omniblend V depending on the deal. I got it for $471. And it blew my mind! The blends are soooo smooth I can hardly believe it. This is the definition of blending, it's so powerful and there are no separated chunks or slight grittiness at all. It makes everything taste amazing. It blows the Omniblend V out of the water and I wish I had gone for a Vitamix from the start! An Omniblend is a waste of money compared to a Vitamix. Plus the Vitamix company has existed for a long time, and is known for their durable machines, so it's likely to outlast the Omniblend by a mile as well. The Vitamix is a tad noisier, but they're both super noisy. It's obvious to me now that an Omniblend is a total rip-off of a Vitamix. It looks similar in a lot of ways, but the materials and design are of way worse quality.Purchased in at Omniblend Australia for $339.

I would have respected it if you had owned up to the fact that an Omniblend V does not compare or come close to a Vitamix. My review is fair and balanced. It was actually on the kind side, considering
... Read more your false advertising which misled me into buying your product. The same advertising strategy that you still use today. I could've asked for my money back or taken it to Fair Trading. Instead, all I did was leave an honest review to help other consumers. The Omniblend V is clearly based on the Vitamix. I see you only compare them when it's convenient. And no, your blender was always inferior, not just recently. If you had been honest from the start, I would've been a happy customer, but I can see it's still an issue now. Your product is made in Asia, not Australia. And the Vitamix company has existed for 100 years. You're trying to misrepresent the jug size too. Thank you for your offer, which I imagine has more to do with helping your brand than me, but I have no desire to be a return customer. I thought your Omniblend was pretty smooth, but it really wasn't. For anyone trying at home, just try blending up raspberries or blackberries, in the Vitamix you can't taste that they ever had seeds. Raph may say again that it was just my machine or that it's a different machine now (it's the exact same model) or that the Omniblend can do it too. Yeah, but not as well. I bought my Vitamix new recently for $471. That is cheaper than the Omniblend V at $499 currently on your website.really good blender
This is definitely one of the best blenders I've used and it wasn't even the most expensive. mine in 2 years old and it still runs like brand new. it blends fruits and vegetables effortlessly for the best smoothies or sous. its really easy to clean to.

Great Machine, Great Service
I purchased this blender 7yrs ago and use it at least once daily. I had an issue with the blade and customer service were brilliant to deal with and quickly resolved the problem. I would highly recommend this product for price, value and reliability. It has been a real workhorse for our family.

6 years in, changed a blade, and all's new again!
I have a Omniblend V 1.5L that's 6 years old. Machine and running was running great until now where I realised the blade is a bit blunt and lose, causing it to run at a rougher sound. Purchase a replacement blade set and everything works like new again! Very happy with the purchase and replacement part.
The blender of my dreams!
This blender can handle pretty much anything. Nut butter, veggies, grinding flour, its a beast. Great Value too, I almost bought a Vitamix at twice the price. It arrived quickly and no need for customer service so far.

Great Product but read the warranty
I bought a Omniblend V for home use only and it has been excellent. I use it everyday for a morning smoothie of which the hardest material I blend is frozen fruit. I am writing this as I am disappointed with the support from Omniblend Australia.
At 3 years and 3 months the blender stopped working. It started making a high pitched sound when blending and smoke came out of the base of the jug, filling inside the jug and smelled like burning plastic.
Believing I had a 7 year warranty I contacted Omniblend and was asked for photographs of the

All of which I said "no", home use only and have looked after it. After suppling this information I was informed that the 7 year warranty is for the engine only and the rest is 2 years. It cost $128 for a new blade assembly as the bearings had gone in the jug. I installed this myself but if your not handy you will have to post the jug (at extra expense) to Omniblend Australia to repair for you.Purchased in at OmniBlend Australia for $479.

Necessary product
We are a disability Service who use the Omniblend for our Customers. We needed the mushroom to continue using this product. It was good to know that the item could be removed and replaced by us and not have to get a technician in.

Powerful and so diverse in its use. 10 out of 10
What a wonderfully powerful simple machine. It blends straight through anything you throw at it. I’m slowly experimenting with different processes like flour making, dips drinks etc. My husband is loving the iced coffee frappes. Plus there are so many recipes ideas available you’d be hard up not to find a use for it. 10 out of 10

Best blender I've ok owned, gone through 5 others before this one
I've tried multiple other brands
Nutribullet, brevilles, sunbeams, hand blenders etc.
Splashed out for the JTC Omniblend V about 3 years ago and wow. It's bullet proof.
I regularly smash it with ice, hard ice cream, frozen berries etc, and it's just churns through it all.
Best blender I've owned to date.
Highly recommended.
Thanks JTC for making such a reliable hard working appliance that still works the same as when I bought it years ago

Warm regards,
Omniblend customer service team.
Thank you. Unfortunately I ended up taking it to the local tip yesterday.
I have issues when trying to blend mixtures of a thick/viscous consistency with the 2L jug. It tends to create an air pocket around the blades where the RPM will increase dramatically but the mixture wont be mixing. Would the 1.5L jug be better as the wider base would allow better circulation? Tamping it down doesnt really help in this situation
Yes, same on my side. It is important not to fill in too much (wet mixture mixes best at around 680g-700g). When the air pocket is about to build up, I avoid that by "VERY CAREFULLY !!!" scrape the sides of the jar. I know this isn't the best solution and also quite dangerous, let alone, Loud but it helped me getting around.
Sadly, OmniBlend's "Customer Service" is more than pathetic (and quite rude, too) and now I have moved to the much more expensive competitor. Though I was initially quite happy with the cheap OmniBlend but given all issues with that machine (there are still a few other), it pays to go for a proper blender. That's just me saying. You may think different.
Damn, that's a shame. Might now worry about trying the 1.5L jug in that case
My omni blender is not blending properly, the ice is not crushed properly ( some flakes ) if the blending time is less and if its a little more than before, the shake gets watery.
kindly suggest.
best regards

Details
The high-speed OmniBlend V, which costs $499, is a six-blade blender that’s built with a powerful 2,238-watt motor.
As the Blender Award Winner in both 2017 and 2019, the OmniBlend V enjoys a well-deserved 4.7-star rating.
According to OmniBlend, this blender is designed with a diverse range of functions. Here are some of the more advanced functions that may help account for the OmniBlend V's price tag.
You can use this blender to: grind coffee beans, whip cream, grate cheese using the Pulse function, grind whole grains into flour, wet or dry chop vegetables, make bread dough, nut butters and milks, and juices with or without the fibre (thanks to the nut milk bag).
There are three automatic timer buttons. You can select a blend time of 35, 60 seconds or 90 seconds, to make blending easier.
The OmniBlend V also comes with a tamper to help you crush and integrate ice with other ingredients instead of blending ice in completely. For example, this is great for cocktails.

Dear Anai's, in your review there are a lot of very negative and false comments. We feel this is simply not accurate and unfairly misleading. It sounds like you were originally happy with your purchas
... Read moree at the time of which was most likely half the price of a Vitamix. Our blenders have come a long way in the last 6 years and have been completely rebuilt from the ground up. Both our commercial customers and independent service agents tell us frequently that our blenders are outlasting many other brands that are twice the price. I believe your OmniBlend does not only need a jug but also another part called the drive socket and has not been working properly for quite some time making your blends chunky. As the base is still in good working condition we would hate to see it go to waste and if you are not interested in buying a new 2L jug for $189, you can get a 1.5L jug for $169 that is still bigger then your new Vitamix jug. We also have some cheaper options from ex-demo stock.
