Appalling Service – I bought the unit Direct from VMS 2 1/2 years ago and was very happy with it but now the navigation screen has Frozen and the Menu button to add or delete destinations no longer works. I have tried to communicate with VMS , you have to message rather than phone. After weeks of back and forth where they kept asking me questions I had already answered, I decided it would be safer to purchase a new unit. I asked them for details of the new model, price and whether I would require a new facia and harness. They did not answer one of my questions, instead they asked me to send a screenshot of my old unit saying there might not be anything wrong with it. I sent them the screenshot , reminding them that they had not answered my queries and requesting someone ring me. That was two weeks ago! I am now researching different units and will not deal with them again!
