net only has a 12month warranty and I would have to buy I new one (really???this trampoline was $750). By two years ladder all rusty and the net got a hole, then another hole and another. It is now nearly 3 years old and looks like a complete mess. My children did not use it a great deal, mostly just in warmer months, so it didn't get heavy use and never had adults or large children use it, so should be in great condition. Paid more expecting better quality. We are having it removed and taken to the tip as the net is full of holes all around the bottom. Would never but this brand again. Next time getting one from Big W. Very disappointed.

Love it. Perfect for families – My 3yr old does not go a day without jumping around and making up so many games with the pictures on the tramp. He's 7 mth old brother also joins him from time to time. HUNTER and CONNORS 35 yr old uncle tries backflips everytime he visits. Its perfect for the whole family and even when raining and hot because of the roof we purchased. The boys' 60 yr old aunty even jumps with all the kids at family gatherings!

Great Customer Service – I had purchased a Vuly Trampoline early this year and the shade sail was damaged and leaking within 3 months of purchase. On seeking a warranty claim, we were told that the shade sail is not covered under warranty and that it would cost $279.00 to purchase a new one. excellent protection for the kids all day long in the hot QLD summer. The trampoline is fantastic in all other ways.

6 months later out of the blue I got a call from Vuly and said they were revisiting my complaint and within a week they have shipped me a new stronger version of the shade sail free of cost. Now this is exceptional customer service backing a great product. I strongly recommend the new Vuly team!

Happy Camper – Wonderful , excellent quality and safe trampoline. Game mat is fun and gives hours of enjoyment. We have yet to use the tent as bought in winter but are very keen to "sleep out" in protected off ground way also. The basketball hoop is good and ladder essential. Have the mister coming for Christmas and looking forward to cooling off.

Best addition to our garden – Easy to purchase. Had it delivered and put together within a week of ordering. Great quality and excellent safety features. Perfect size for teenages to practice their tricks in safety. Well built and strong and sturdy frame. Net ripped after 14 months – Bought this for Christmas present for my 2 young kids. injured falling out. It is very disappointing as I am not prepared to buy a new net for it every 12 months so it will just have to stay as is. If I had known this would be the case I would have spent my money on a different brand.

Tent might as well go straight in the bin – We purchased our 14ft just before Christmas 2014. Put the roof on after about 6 months of use for kids birthday party straight out of the unopened box. half price parts. Consumer Law Vuly a $400 tent would be expected to last longer than 12 months and the construction of your tent roof looks to be designed on a 2 cent budget. I don't want tent roof replaced until the design is fixed. Trampoline is ok otherwise. Looks like net might be suffering from the sun after 12 months. I see at the moment they are giving away the deluxe tent for free with trampoline on their website. Not worth loading into the delivery truck.

So after much searching around we decided to purchase a Vuly 2 trampoline and tent, this was a huge stretch for us as the price difference between the products is enormous but we were convinced that it was a good product and a worthwhile investment. While our kids do like it and I think it is somewhat bouncier than our old Action trampoline, after being on the trampoline for about a month the tent roof developed a tear which eventually moved right across the diameter of the roof rendering it useless. When we contacted the company about this they would not replace it as they maintain it was not a 'manufacturing fault'. They did state that we could purchase another tent at half price but why would I purchase another product when it is obviously not of a high quality and will probably tear again costing me more money for nothing. Very bad after sale service by this company, I just hope that nothing else goes wrong with the trampoline as I am not sure I want to do battle with them over a warranty claim. I don't think I will be recommending Vuly to many of my friends.
