so far really good although as I wrote on the other review ‘possibly the powder coat could be better at the joints? The sun shade design isn’t great as the seams don’t quite fit properly over the poles and are stretched a lot so not sure how long it will last? Also the shade has a couple of holes in it - which we haven’t got around to letting Vuly know about, the ladder is only plastic on the steps so hopefully it lasts.’ The Vuly representative has responded to these concerns and suggested a warranty claim and offered to walk me through it - I’ve yet to do this as I only just read the response.

Everything else about it is really good and we are happy - looks great, good size, kids love it, all other quality is good and fairly easy to put together. Kids are 3 and 8 and both get a good bounce. Also feel really confident they are safe with a quality net, no zipper opening and no way of being injured by the springs or poles. Hopefully we are still impressed in a few years and it stands the test of time.

chance of getting caught in the springs because they are outside the net and covered. Entrance to the mat is very secure, no chance of falling through and my 3 year old can get on and off by himself without any trouble at all. The pictures on the mat are great to play games with too. Comes with a ladder and shade cover. Little bit of effort to set up time wise but so worth the money for the quality product that it is and the enormous amount of fun and use the kids get out of it. Have noticed lots of trampolines in backyards since getting ours and most are very flimsy looking compared to ours so very happy with our purchase especially after seeing how much my kids hit the sides (mostly on purpose!). Our trampoline arrived just before Christmas and was soon assembled and bouncing away with family and friends all having a go during the many Christmas celebrations held at our place! The quality and bounce of this trampoline is brilliant and it also looks great on our property perched out on the lawn set against a backdrop of beautiful native bush-land. We got a great deal on this trampoline buying it direct from Vuly during their Christmas sale so were lucky enough to get the shade cover and ladder thrown in which really complete the package. We also bought the mister which has been fabulous as it keeps the kids cool while they are bouncing and doesn't use heaps of precious tank water. Thanks Vuly! Disappointing after sales – I emailed claim, then told to register warranty, then followed up to be told no need to register but to go online and lodge warranty as was not necessary. Waste of time. every use) and was free (included in bundle ) which justified poor quality and offered to sell replacement of new better quality albeit at a discount. Warranty on this was only three months Vs two years on the new one. A reasonable expectation for a sun cover whether free or not, when paying $1000 plus, should last more than 8 months- Id say not fit for purpose - Still scratching my head!? Why sell a supposedly superior quality trampoline and give away a poor quality cover!

Perfect for a small backyard – Easy to put together and very safe and strong. If you have trouble with the construction there are easy to follow instructions on their website as well. My kids absolutely love it and spend more time on it now than they do on the tv. Highly recommended outdoor fun and definitely get the sprinkler and basketball hoop

Perfect for young kids and small courtyards – Kids are 2 and 3 - it’s perfect! Wish I had bought it earlier! They play on it every day - as do I with them. Trampoline is excellent quality with powdercoated frame. My only complaint is the sunshade cover - it’s of very poor quality and so unlike Vuly! It appears to be perishing after only 2 months. I feel a bit ripped off by the shade cover!

Hours of fun – Our 4 and 2 year old are safe on this trampoline due to the well designed entry with no zipper. There's no chance of them falling out accidentally. Exactly what we wanted! – From the first initial phone call right through to communication in the sale, and then even delivery (we live in remote rural) was spot on! It’s so hard to get this kind of stuff delivered to us! But the entire process was easy and professional! The trampoline is so safe and sturdy! We love it! The kids are always on it and have a ball! Excellent value for money trampoline – We looked at most of the usual suspects before deciding on a Vuly as it came up best bang for buck. The Lift Pro was easy enough to assemble but a tip is to ensure you have the poles joined via the correct ends. Ours came with a free shade cover which is great for keeping away leaves.  Show reply

Hours of bouncing fun – Very easy for 2 people to put together. I bought this for my 7 year old he plays on it everyday and loves it. My older sons and myself may also have jumping competitions on it too. Your never to old for a trampoline right? Hours of outside fun  Show reply

Fantastic Tramp – Great Trampoline for our kids. They use it almost everyday. Easy to construct with two people And great value for money. Awesome trampoline highly recommended – Awesome product, the kids and us parents have spent many hours jumping on our lift 2, it’s built with safety and quality in mind. Kids love it!! – Great trampoline and easy to set up, recommend a few people to get it done fast. Follow instructions and youll get it done! No screws was a relief. Great trampoline, instructions tricky – A fantastic trampoline and excellent quality. All I would say is that you should follow the YouTube videos rather than the instruction booklet as I got a got confused several times and had to undo and redo a few things which was a bit frustrating, especially the posts that hold the net, I got them facing the wrong direction and had to undo them all. Amazing support and very safe – We got one of these and it's amazing, they have great shipping time and when we needed a replacement it came a whole week early! Such a great addition to our backyard! – Since buying the trampoline, the kids have spent a lot more time outdoors and has made our backyard so much more attractive to play in. The shade has been excellent in the really hot weather as I haven't minded them being outside with it on. No need for sunscreen which is always a bonus!

means it can be used most of the day and the children also like to use it as a cubby house and a place to hang out as well as jumping. Review from the 6 year old is that it is much bouncier than our previous trampoline. Highly recommended!

Well designed and made – You can tell a lot was put into the design of this trampoline putting it together was surprisingly easy I managed to do it on my own as hubby was so busy in the lead up christmas. I like that I didn't have to get a top of the range springless trampoline to get the same peace of mind for safety. Am very happy with my purchase. My boys will love this for many years to come

Perfect, compact, great quality – Easy to put together, visually appealing, great quality and a good size. The kids love the trampoline and the multi coloured protective mat looks good. Everything about the trampoline is quality. It is fun for the kids and me as well. The instructions to put it together were clear with everything just clicking into place.

Love our Vuly – Even though we only have the Small Lift pro it is still big enough for our 3 children. It was very easy to put together and we could tell as soon as we started that it was high quality and sturdy. Our kids love it and it gets them outside and off their electronics!

Having seen several other models (including some higher priced ones) I can say with confidence that I am 100% happy that we chose Vuly and would not hesitate in recommending the Vuly Pro to anyone.

Great bounce and accessories – The Lift Pro Medium is a good sized trampoline with great bounce. My son’s motor planning has improved since the trampoline arrived. The design of the ladder and opening makes it easy for him to climb on and off independently. The net opening is tight so there’s no chance of him falling off. The accessories - basketball ring and water mister - are also a hit. A great trampoline for adults too. Only problem is trying to keep the magpies off it!

It's the kid favourite passtime! – Buying the trampoline was great. The boys are loving it. Putting it together was relatively easy after reading the manual. Lining up springs onto the net triangles is critical. The damage to the net when this is not done correctly is immediate. This is something that Vuly should work on improving.

Don't settle for anything else! – My family is SO impressed by the Vuly Lift Pro trampoline. It looks fantastic, it's safe and clearly has superior construction over other brands. Some of you may baulk at the price - but how many trampolines have you seen that are tattered, rusted and no longer used? Vuly is too well constructed that it will last, and be used, for a long time making the cost worth it, and you can add accessories!

We love the Vuly brand and now hope to get a swing set too as they have unique accessories no other set has.

instructions can be a little tricky to follow, but it’s not too bad. Remember to follow the instructions carefully as everything has to line up, especially the wall netting. Price, while it costs a little more it is well worth it. Would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Perfect Christmas Present – Perfect present for my three year old who absolutely loves this trampoline. Great size to grow into and still have her friends play. Looks great with the black coating and stylish safety pads. Relatively easy to put together, easy pick up via the warehouse and packaged in easy to manage boxes.

Best Christmas Present Ever – Our twins have been at us for years to buy a trampoline. The twins did all of the research (usually by jumping on their friends trampoline) and decided that the best trampoline was the Vuly Lift Pro. It was delivered before Christmas and assembled Christmas morning. The video tutorial and the instructions were very straightforward. All we need now is the water mister and we are set!

Best Christmas present EVER!!! – Bought this for our toddler for Christmas and not a day has gone by where he hasn't used it! The quality is amazing. No creaking or squeaking and very sturdy. It feels very safe. No chance of falling out or catching fingers. Can't wait til he's a bit older and we can buy the bigger one!!
