Vuly 2 8ft with Tent

Quality of sun cover – I agree with other people. The quality of the sun cover is very poor. We have had boats that use spinnakers and that is what should be used for your covers. Ours is only twelve months old and has been patched up in so many areas because of the quality of the fabric. Taking it off and on to stop it getting worse has not helped because it has then torn at the edges that go over the frames. It was not on for winter.

Lots of hours of fun! – My kids (ages 4,5 & 8) got there trampoline for Christmas. They love the Vuly 2 trampoline. They spend hours and hours jumping and playing games. It was easier than I thought it was going to be to put together, it took a couple of hours. The trampoline is great quality but the rain/tent cover only lasted about 12 months before it started to fall apart.

good quality product - if you can put up with the customer service – We purchased a Vuly 2 several months ago - and after purchasing I noticed the reviews were terrible. In our experience, the customer service was definitely a source of frustration at times - but the product itself we can't fault. Sturdy, great quality.. we got a tent and shade cloth with it. My Daughters wish came true! – After 3 cheap trampolines and many years of my Daughter asking for a Vuly like her friends i finally splashed out bought one for her Birthday. I think I am more impressed them she is! Whilst harder to put together then other brand trampolines the quality speaks for it's self. My only regret is not getting one sooner. I look forward to watching my daughtet bounce away on her Vuly for many years to come.

Good so far – We have had our trampoline for a few weeks and everything is fine so far. One of the upper frame pieces was bent out of shape when it arrived which was a shame but they were quick to send a replacement through. Easy to assemble: I did it myself in an hour or so. I did need to refer to the manual though: the YouTube video missed some important details.  Show reply

So unbelievably disappointed – trampoline quality is ok. Nothing more than a Kmart job tho to be honest. Terrible sales staff, after purchase staff even worse. Do yourself a favour, read the other reviews, seems to me Vuly don't mind spending time answering negative feedback but can't be bothered assisting their customers in real life. Avoid avoid avoid. 2016 Update: Very very pleased

You may see below that I had previously left a fairly negative review. I wanted to add some surprising positivity. After a NOT great experience, a lovely Vuly Rep contacted me to find out in detail what had gone on. I won't bore anyone with the details, however, Vuly have well and truly stepped up to the plate!

My kids now have a fantastic 12 foot trampoline that they haven't got off in the last week, quality if very very good. And most importantly, the customer service has improved 100%.

well designed Vuly2 – Brought for 2.5yr old for Xmas. Adores it and the weight takes both him and adult. Safety design good. door is tight but meant to be. Love the circular base really strong doesn't move. a cheap trampoline for a toddler wouldn't be safe. Worth the money.

Only bad point is the instructions on YouTube which doesn't give details just shows trendy dance moves in a 1 minute clip

Too small entry – I recently purchased an 8 foot Vuly 2 for my grandchildren. wriggle on to a narrow ledge that is quite hot in the sun and sits a fair distance above the ground.I would be interested to know if others have this or has my net got an unusually tight entrance door?
