They kids got this trampoline a 3 years ago and the quality was really good. Safety mat around the strings has started deteriorating due to weather and age but everything else is good Show details · 1
I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago and I cancelled it within the hour. Here we are more than 2 weeks later without a refund in my account. This is more than $2000. Horrible.
Disappointed with a product not performing as advertised – Very disappointed and feeling ripped off. Paid $824 for a large Vuly Ultra and contrary to claims it us clearly not designed for Australian conditions, nor to a higher level of build quality. The issue exists in regard to the orange fabric straps that perish and break causing the springs to fly away from the trampoline with a loud 'CLANG!'. … Read more
Given that the orange and black straps all experience the same stresses in assume that the issue is in the lack of strength and durability of the orange straps compared to the black ones.
Aside from the kids (4 and 6) now being afraid to use the trampoline due to the noise, it is also structurally compromised in that: 1. There are multiple locations where the trampoline matt is not fully secured to the frame, presumably putting added stress on the springs and straps that remain. 2. There are locations where the wall is not secured to the frame.
There are only ever my two kids on the trampoline with a combined weight of 45kgs.
Our next door neighbour has the exact same Vuly trampoline as we do and they are experiencing the same issue with the orange straps breaking.
A quick google search revealed that this is a common issue (https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2787381)
Oz consumer law as it relates to products performing as advertised would indicate that either Vuly is aware of and informs customers of this issue prior to purchase (they do not), or thus product is in breach of consumer law.
Would appreciate Vuly reaching out to me to rectify this issue via what I presume would need to be a replacement mat and springs.
Alternatively a full refund.
FOLLOW UP - Vuly provided a replacement mat free of charge. Am unsure if the new mat is made an upgraded version with previous issues resolved, or if we should expect to see a repeat of the same failing orange straps.
We should know soon.

Quality built trampoline – After reading reviews here, I was a little concerned there would be delivery delays, and that after sales service would be problematic if needed. 3rd Sept: Direct Freight Express complete the delivery to my home address in Newcastle. Very impressed.
Assembly - Took me about 90 min on my own to erect the trampoline. All parts were clearly labelled on each of the three packaging boxes. The 11min YouTube clip provided clear instructions. At first, I hadn't placed the net poles toward T-piece connectors correctly, and the top of net and shade cover were sagging. You need to gently but firmly pull the net pole toward you and down to lock them into correct positioning. This eliminates the sagging at top of net. The completed trampoline is extremely sturdy and safe. The ladder is overpriced for the quality (a little too long also, which inverts the cheap plastic steps toward trampoline), but the kids aren't worried and it serves its' purpose.
Overall, very very happy with purchase and would recommend. Hopefully the net and padding won't dissolve within a year or so. My nine and six year old's haven't stopped bouncing.
Aussie Granddaughters absolutely delighted! – Only 2 granddaughters using this but I’m sure they will have plenty trampoline parties once Covid restrictions are eased! Only our 4 year old granddaughter is currently using it the 2 year old is happy to crawl around it at the moment! My son and daughter in law love it too! I ordered this from UK needed some assistance putting payment through and staff were so helpful. Only disappointment is cost does not include the ladder. Show details · 1
Puts such a smile on my face seeing my son and his friends using it, He is on it before school even! Best set up ever! – My son who is 7 year old and friends of same age who come over love this trampoline. I purchased the Large so 3 x kids can be on it at the same time. Waste of money, Poor Quality and design. Do not buy! – We are so disappointed with our Vuly Flare trampoline. We purchased this for our 3 daughters aged 10 and 7 years. Received our trampoline in April 2023 and within 3 months the net poles are all leaning inwards, springs mat has gone a faded yellow and has holes in it already. The net is a self closing design thats proven to be unsuitable and… Read more
unsafe. The net poles are very flimsy, barely support the net and wobble around. These poles are right next to the self closing net opening, children reach out as they balance on the springs mat to slip between the nets. We contacted Vuly about this and they blamed us for using the trampoline incorrectly! That children should not touch the poles at all when getting on or off the trampoline. This shows the design has been poorly thought through and shows the safety issues with this trampoline for children. You cannot just climb up the ladder and get on, you must step on the spring mat, balance and slip between the nets, therefore why children reach out to the pole right beside the self closing opening. Hard to believe after spending a significant amount of money that within weeks it looks like it's ready for the tip. Also note, Vuly asks customers to leave a product review within weeks of receiving it. Of course initially we were happy and left a positive review on their website. This leads to misleading customer reviews as there hasn't been enough time for the trampoline to prove if it's a good product. Would not reccommend and won't purchase from Vuly again.

Great investment for outdoor play!! – We bought a Vuly Flare trampoline as a christmas present for our son. We found out about Vuly through word of mouth - our friend bought their twins a Vuly 5 years ago and she said it's as good as the day they bought it! So we took their word for it and bought a Vuly. First of all, I will suggest to all - watch the installation video before… Read more · 1
reading the book!! The book tells you everything but we got to one point where it didn't make any sense, this was the point we decided to watch a video on youtube and realised we had to re-do all 70 springs into the safety net.... if the springs seem TOO hard to pull, that's because something isn't right.
The quality of the trampoline is impeccable and it was relatively easy to put together. We finished putting it together in 2 hours but that included mistaking one install task of 70 springs.
The bounce pad is really great, it isn't too bouncy and it definitely isn't too firm.
I love that you can have a shade - I don't love that accessories were free a week or two after we purchased ours in Black Friday Sales but nonetheless, it was a great purchase.
I would absolutely recommend a Vuly to anyone who is buying a trampoline for their kids. We got the Flare Large which easily fits 2 adults and 1 kid jumping but if you have 3+ kids, I'd recommend going a size up so there is adequate room for jumping and also to accommodate growing kids.
Very happy despite small issue – I bought the Medium flare for three kids, aged 9, 7 & 5. It came with a free shade cover and tent. Great size for the three of them, it’s very sturdy, has a great bounce which is silent (no squeaks etc) and the net is of good quality and design. I also like the shade cover, it is thicker than what I was expecting which is good. I haven’t pulled… Read more · 1
the tent out yet so cannot comment on that. I was able to put it together myself in just under 2 1/2 hours with a little acrobatics.
I did have issue with three of the net poles as they had residual metal inside so I couldn’t join the top and bottom poles together, however, was easily fixed with a bit of filing.
Lastly I have seen a few bad comments on saggy shades and loose poles & I had the same problem at first so I wanted to add - when you think the net poles are in, they most likely aren’t, if you can move them at all or have a saggy shade then they’re definitely not, really pull back with your body weight and foot on T-joint, they should have zero wiggle and be stiff as a board when in right, no saggy shade!
Overall I am really happy with the purchase & will come back to edit this if anything changes over time.

An absolute winner – We just received our Vuly flare size L. What a beauty, my kids could not believe their eyes when they saw it. Disappointed in the quality – The cover (shade cloth) has perished in under 18 months. All the attachments to the poles have torn from sun exposure. Poles stayed in original place for about a week. A little disappointed considering the price. I'll probably just go another brand of the same or maybe better quality for half the price next time. Show details

Wasn't worth the money – Trampoline mainly had 1 user (child), but was always under weight limit when multiple users (all children). Trampoline fell apart quickly, and they only replaced certain parts with the warranty. Spent ALOT of money, for just over a years worth of use. Very disappointed with this brand, will never repurchase. Better quality with the Trampoline we bought from Big W. Show details

Don’t bother. Look elsewhere – Initially my family loved this trampoline but now after 2 years it’s pretty much ready for the tip. The orange safety pad has been replaced twice. The bounce mat has been replaced once and now the poles and t-joiners are being replaced as well. The roof is so saggy due to the poles being bent that it can’t even be used. After the recent issues… Read more
we’ve had I asked Vuly for a full refund for us to put towards one of their better models however the best they would do is either give me $200 off another model or replace the parts (again) and send someone out to install them. What happens when these parts fail again and it’s out of warranty?
Not good enough as far as I’m concerned. I’d be looking elsewhere.

Vuly went downhill with the Flare – Used to rate Vuly when we had the now superceded Classic trampoline. A good trampoline which really only required the usual spring and mat replacements over a number of years. All downhill since though, once they couldn't supply properly engineered replacement frame parts towards the end of 2021, not just once but twice (? quality control). As… Read more
'compensation' they offered us a new large Vuly Flare, which I assumed might be the modern day equivalent of the Classic. Rather than wait several months for further replacements parts I accepted the offer. Big mistake. As mentioned by other reviewers the T-joints are badly made and trying to assemble the trampoline net yourself (as shown in the videos) is impossible, even when they point out the 'trick' to it. They sent out a new set of T-joints and promised an install on warranty. Not only was one of the T-joints unusable, because it was bent out of shape (questionable quality control again), but they couldn't honour the install even though we're only just outside the Sydney metro area. In the end it took another adult standing on the mat inside the trampoline to get the net up, with a real struggle. Nowhere near as easy as the video would have you think., Don't bother buying a low price point Vuly trampoline. They're still not that cheap and not worth the money Certainly don't fall for the offer of a Flare for something else they can't provide. They won't let on about its inferiority, nor some of the other justifiably poor reviews on Product Review.

Poor quality, tip ready in 15-months – Purchased a Vuly Flare medium 18 months ago, the poles started leaning in within it’s first year. I’ve found that the T-bars and poles on this model can’t handle the net tension and both progressively bend inward (thin lip of T-bar absorbs a lot of tension, poles are just too weak to withstand being pulled in every bounce). Vuly were prompt in… Read more
replacing the first T-bar issue I raised, the pole on the firmer replacement T-bar was then the first to bend. I didn’t really expect issues based on my first support experience but boy was I wrong.
At 18-months the trampoline needs near complete replacement. The stitching, on every piece of padding is low quality, pole protectors were fraying from the very get go really and it didn’t take the frame pad long to rip, well before UV should have gotten to it. By 15 months it was looking pretty unsafe, poles were basically all leaning in to some degree, a few by a lot. I originally went to Vuly to avoid that sad cheap saggy dangerous looking tramp we’ve all seen in a yard but got sold that one instead! Vuly keep claiming it’s weather related but the neighbours Vuly trampoline is just fine??? They also make big claims about durability that simply don’t hold true.
Lastly the mat buckles all (well 8/10 of mine) twist, you can put them back but a few bounces later and they’re twisted again so it’s not a bouncy trampoline once it’s been used a few times, that is unless you invest 10-15 minutes to make it bouncy for the next 1-2 minutes, over and over again.
I have personal experience of far better quality from Vuly, my brother repaired his once in 8 years for UV damage, I see a near identical but clearly stronger design model over my fence with my neighbour. The medium sized Flare I got though is proving to have been made as a cheap disposable though.
I’ve given Vuly one last opportunity to make good on their marketing of safe & durable before I lodge a complaint with the Dept of Fair Trading.

children 8 & 12 years old bounces on the trampoline it sounds loose and noisy. The instructions were not clear, the t-joints are a bad design. I made contact & sent emails to Vuly and they replied with a video on how to install the poles, we followed their instructions and that was fixed but when I made contact again about how it sounds loose and noisy and took a video of it in use and didn’t hear back, they were not interested in helping. I asked for a refund and was sent an email that the complaint was closed. I think we must have got the lemon trampoline as I don’t see the quality, we’ve owned trampoline’s from Kmart, Big W and Intersport all of which were better quality, stronger and more sturdy, and not as noisy as this one. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Not as good as the reviews make out – Trampoline was difficult to put together, poorly fitting sections that required additional tools and skills to get them together - don't believe the online video tutorials. I have now just attached the shade cover which has pulled the poles together and made the safety net and door go slack. Very disappointed grandparent – We were very disappointed when it came time to assembling our grandchildren's trampoline for Christmas Day. tighter and sags in the middle. The mister cannot fit properly as the netting does not have straps as shown in the guide. I contacted Vuly and sent through a warranty claim with photos attached. The advice I was provided with was to put the poles in correctly which would tighten the shade cover. The poles are in correctly and make no difference to the shad cover. I managed to speak to someone who agreed that the photos show that the cover sags and was putting through another warranty claim. 3 members of our family bought the identical Vuly Flare and all have sagging covers! We have taken off the Shade Cover to avoid it being lifted in large gusts of wind. I am yet to find out what the next step is.

There is absolutely no warning about the trampoline moving if the canopy is attached. I have had to remove the two bent poles but now the kids cannot play on it anymore due to safety.
Vuly takes no responsibility for their mistakes, so buyer beware. So advice would be to avoid buying it directly from the company but instead buy from a physical store where you’ll get better service and a year warranty. If we had bought this from Myer or David Jones then they would have replaced.
