I feel robbed...
Purchased a Large Vuly Flare in October 2021 for a Christmas present for my 3 year old. I thought I was spending more money for a "quality product" that is "Durable for Australian Conditions" and "Safe"
Found this not to be the case... After a few jumps or a bit of wind the poles fall out of the T bracket. Resulting in the net and entrance not being safe.
While placing the poles back into the T Bracket the weak poles snapped as they were not strong enough for the net and canopies tension.
Wanted to support an Australian brand, but now I am severely disappointed.
Purchased in for $719.

Disappointed
Bought the flare trampoline for the boys Christmas and paid $700, $300 more than we would usually pay for a trampoline and I was expecting really good quality and with all the positive reviews I thought they must be good…. gee didn’t we get a rude shock!
The metal clips that hold the net in place to the poles have nearly all snapped.
When my children 8 & 12 years old bounces on the trampoline it sounds loose and noisy.
The instructions were not clear, the t-joints are a bad design.
I made contact & sent emails to Vuly and they replied with...

Not as good as the reviews make out.
Trampoline was difficult to put together, poorly fitting sections that required additional tools and skills to get them together - don't believe the online video tutorials.
I have now just attached the shade cover which has pulled the poles together and made the safety net and door go slack.
I find it hard to believe they have only positive reviews on their website...............

We were very disappointed when it came time to assembling our grandchildren's trampoline for Christmas Day. There were 5 broken button inserts, sections of the burs T-joints had to be ground down inside stopping the poles from being inserted. We were able to screw 5 poles together to make it safe and usable. The Shade cover cannot be made any tighter and sags in the middle. The mister cannot fit properly as the netting does not have straps as shown in the guide. I contacted Vuly and sent through a warranty claim with photos attached. The advic...
Read moree I was provided with was to put the poles in correctly which would tighten the shade cover. The poles are in correctly and make no difference to the shad cover. I managed to speak to someone who agreed that the photos show that the cover sags and was putting through another warranty claim. 3 members of our family bought the identical Vuly Flare and all have sagging covers! We have taken off the Shade Cover to avoid it being lifted in large gusts of wind. I am yet to find out what the next step is.Purchased in .

Very poor quality be very concerned with this product and buy something else...
Since owning this trampoline we have had the frame and a spring break. (less than 2 weeks). It's very poor quality really for what you pay (think worse than Kmart).
I have put it together but not sure if I want my child to jump on it as something new keeps breaking every few days. They should recall the whole batch. Fix their manufacturing issues and then sell the trampolines. They are on their way to a law suit really.
see photos attached of two parts that broke over the past month.

Don't Buy VULY
Our trampoline is full of faulty parts. We have built, taken apart, rebuilt and still do not have a safe trampoline for our children. We are SO massively disappointed with the customer service and complete disregard of our issues. Feeling like NSW fair trading is the next step. We’ve already spent ten plus hours trying to get what we paid for to no avail. Avoid.

Quality built trampoline
After reading reviews here, I was a little concerned there would be delivery delays, and that after sales service would be problematic if needed. The reality was as follows;
- Tue 31st Aug 2021: Purchased Vuly Flare online as well as the ladder
- Thurs 2nd Sept: Received email from Vuly stating it had been shipped with Direct Freight Express
- Fri 3rd Sept: Direct Freight Express complete the delivery to my home address in Newcastle. Very impressed.

Read moreled on each of the three packaging boxes. The 11min YouTube clip provided clear instructions. At first, I hadn't placed the net poles toward T-piece connectors correctly, and the top of net and shade cover were sagging. You need to gently but firmly pull the net pole toward you and down to lock them into correct positioning. This eliminates the sagging at top of net. The completed trampoline is extremely sturdy and safe. The ladder is overpriced for the quality (a little too long also, which inverts the cheap plastic steps toward trampoline), but the kids aren't worried and it serves its' purpose. Overall, very very happy with purchase and would recommend. Hopefully the net and padding won't dissolve within a year or so. My nine and six year old's haven't stopped bouncing.Purchased in at Vuly Play Online store for $499.

An absolute winner
We just received our Vuly flare size L. What a beauty, my kids could not believe their eyes when they saw it. They have been skipping their TV time all together and spending it on the trampoline instead ! We are finishing every night laying down counting stars after jumping instead of watching TV. This has absolutely lifted the mood of the entire household, kids and adults alike. It is so well made, and it has so much bounce. Thank you from Melbourne VULY!

Trampoline received with broken parts - still not rectified over a month later
We bought a trampoline from Vuly from their online website on 24/07/21. Some of the pushbuttons were broken. The instructions for the trampoline say "WARNING: Make sure that all push buttons are locked and secured before using your trampoline. Bouncing on a trampoline with push buttons that are not locked will cause damage and injury." We lodged a warranty claim with Vuly on Wednesday 4/08/21. We have still not received the push pins. We have asked for a refund or to have have the pushbuttons couriered through TOLL, their courier company. Vuly ...

My toddler loves it!
Great tramp although the ladder isn't the strongest as steps made of plastic. After care was fantastic, couple of issues when it arrived but new parts sent out quickly. Able to put together by myself during lockdown.

Canopy made trampoline almost airborne.
The trampoline was going fantastically well, the kids were loving it, the best Christmas present ever from my sister and my parents.
Come last week, I thought it was time to put up the canopy to give the trampoline protection from falling tree leaves and gum nuts.
I put the canopy on and awoke the very next morning and the trampoline had moved all the way over to the decking, falling to its side and had smashed a few of the Vuly poles.
There is absolutely no warning about the trampoline moving if the canopy is attached. I have had to remove...

If we had bought this from Myer or David Jones then they would have replaced.Purchased in at Vuly Play Online store for $499.

I have the Large Flare and we cant assemble the trampoline as the curved poles wont stay in the t-joiner and just keep falling out every time we try and assemble the ring
we have tried bashing them in but this doesnt help and risks affecting the hole for the outside netting poles.
is there a regular issue?
i have no idea how to fix this without actually drilling in screws to keep it together
Grab a stoll so you can get some leverage. About half way up the poll grab and pull back towards you and it should eventually fall into its lowest slot

We have the medium flare for our 3 year old, she absolutely loves it. We are having trouble with the net posts. After a couple of days some of the net support posts wriggle their way out of position and the net relaxes a little. Doesn’t seem to matter how much downward force we use to put them back into position they end up popping back out after a couple of days. Is there anyway of making sure they don’t come out of position?
Thanks,

Read moreof metal and were a slightly different shape. Why was this not just part of the original package? Cutting corners? I am still disappointed by the product as the net and cover seem to pop out of the holes and just don't fit properly.
