great so I called the number. The staff were helpful friendly and knowledgeable and helped me make an informed decision on what would suit our family.

The delivery was fast and efficient and I loved the boxes don't have pictures on them so I didn't have to hide them away to keep the Christmas secret.

I even contacted them post order to check on something and they sorted it very efficiently!

Can't wait to see the kids faces at Christmas!!

LOVE this trampoline! – I bought this for my 4yo son for christmas (purchased over the phone through vuly directly, the staff were lovely, hehe I called back a few times with more questions) and he was over the moon as was I. Installation Christmas eve was easy (using the videos heavily as I was anxious about getting it wrong) and I am not concerned about allowing him to bounce unsupervised as the produce feels so safe and durable. Sick of replacing the springs – Was excited to have this trampoline as jumping is the stim that helps my child. But now it's rotting iñ the backyard after having multie springs and mats replaced. using it. I have given up with replacing the springs, yes there's replacements but why do I continually have to replace parts when its used as it should???

Has improved our whole family time – Love the trampoline. Love chilling with the kids on it. The XL size is beyond amazing. It’s perfect for rough boys to play and tackle without getting hurt. Son loves his new trampoline – To say our son loves his new Vuly Lift 2 trampoline is an understatement, he has been on it everyday. We picked up our trampoline from the warehouse which was easy, but we did discover a missing part when we were assembling it. Perfect way to keep the whole family active – Did A LOT of research and found this was best all rounder value for money, quality and safety rating. not been at all apologetic nor remotely able to understand my concerns. The surprise was ruined for my children. They will not allow me to return the item. I have huge doubts over the remaining parts yet to be unboxed. The quality of the product and the customer service do not live up to the hype, I regret this purchase.

Poor customer service did not receive in time for Christmas – Ordered on phone in November advised to purchase the Lift 2 as opposed to a slightly cheaper one due to kids ages Twin 9 year olds. never did. Sales staff appear young and inexperienced in customer service. At one point when I asked to speak to someone more senior the reply was "There just going to tell you the same thing". My husband called with same issues. After requesting to resend the items so we could get it time for Christmas they told us the items were with Toll courier and we would get it no later than the 23rd of December. Well the day has been and gone and no delivery! Called Toll there just as bad state items are with them but not out for delivery told an investigator would call me back still waiting. Asked if we could pick up from warehouse but need authorisation for this from the investigator who is suppose to be calling me back but hasn't. I just want this for Christmas for my Kids. I am so disappointed in the empty promises from Vuly that we would receive this item before Christmas and we haven't. I am so disappointed in the customer service of Vuly when different customer service people said they'd call back and they didn't. I am so disappointed in Toll who have basically did the same thing as Vuly. I wouldn't recommend Vuly needed on their customer service alone. Can't speak out the product because we don't have it all yet!!!!

Best product and exceptional service – So happy with our Vuly trampoline. Our kids (8 and 10) spend hours on it each week. One part broke within the warranty period and Vuly replaced it without any hassle. Easy to use website and great customer service. Highly recommended! Show details ·  1

Peace of mind and fun – My children and I are really happy with the Vuly Lift trampoline we have. It was easy to assemble when you had 4 adults working quickly through the online video instructions, and the large size is perfect for my very active children to enjoy together or to learn some exciting new flips and tricks. Shade cover was hopeless and charged a fortune for a replacement – We purchased a Vuly Lift 2 in March 2018. Generally it is fine (expensive but fine) but so disappointed with the quality of the shade cover. Within six months, small tears began to appear. cover. I have been able to access half price accessories but have been charged $30 for delivery! So a couple of hundred bucks for a cover that will probably only last a year again. We are suckers, hopefully this review will prevent future buyers for being sucked in as well!

outside in all weather conditions and the cover provides extra shade. My twins use this all day even snacking on it or resting on it. It is super sttong and supports alot of weight. Also comes with a tent that goes all the way around the sides and this is occasionally used for pretend camping. I love this trampoline. Definitely worth it and I highly recommend it.

Perfect for the kids – My little boy loves his trampoline, he is always on it. We have had his friends around and they all love playing on it. We can put the kids on it and not worry about anyone getting hurt or falling. It only took an hour to build and is of a high quality. to remove the order in time. Terms and conditions clearly state a 20 dollar restocking fee for cancellations before dispatch. We had an email stating we will receive notification when item has dispatched, and we called prior to receiving this. (We still haven’t received that notification by the way). Staff on phone kept telling us different things - truck left, truck still there but no time to remove the item. We are now down 150 dollars in fees. No exceptions or resolution offered. Manager will not take our call. Does not bode well for future interactions with this company so we cut our losses. Very unprofessional.

The Large trampoline is big enough to fit both kids and myself and more if needed. We spent great quality time together bouncing and playing games.

When I’m not bouncing with the kids, I know I can trust them to be safe on the trampoline, with it’s safety net and padding.

After owning this trampoline, I would never cheap out on another one! That’s for sure!
