Unprofessional and disappointing service – WA removals were engaged to move a partial load of furniture from an investment property in Perth to Albany. They were terrible - minimal and slow communications - difficult to contact. They failed to collect the goods twice. The date for delivery was changed and when delivery was done it had been contracted out to another company. This would not… Read more
have been an issue if there was an inventory done and the goods were labelled....but they were not. So only some of the goods were delivered and they had to be chased for delivery of the rest. The timings they give are wildly out - I was emailed to say that the second delivery would arrive between 4 and 5 pm.....it arrived at 10pm! And the sofa has dirty marks and will require cleaning. In summary, a very unprofessional service. I would not use them again even if they were free.

WA REMOVALS WARNING – WARNING Do not trust WA Removals unfortunately I did and have lived to regret it. After the death of my wife, I decided to return to Broome where we lived prior to her illness and I contacted [Name Removed] at WA Removals my furniture and personal belongings were picked up in late February, unfortunately, WA Removals damaged the furniture some was… Read more
disassembled and pieces missing and a TV and irreplaceable paintings where stolen, I am devastated and when I contacted [Name Removed] he blamed his workers, some he said he had to let go because they weren’t “GOOD REMOVELIST” I think that is an understatement and a cop-out for his own sort fallings and lack of concern regarding my situation [Name Removed] has caused. [Name Removed] said he would endeavor to locate the missing paintings however never mentioned the missing TV the damaged furniture and the missing table legs, in fact, [Name Removed] has stopped communications with me since I asked him what happens in this situation and does WA Removalists have insurance to cover this type of matter. Attached are some photos showing how the furniture was skull dragged and left end for end in my locked storage shed, although there was ample room to place it correctly. I believe WA Removals just outsource their services to any ragtag person that claims to be a removalist with little concern for his customers. The furniture may not be expensive, but it holds great sentimental value to our family that’s why we wanted it returned to Broome. Since 2009 my late wife and I have relocated several times to and from Perth/Broome for my late wife’s treatment and never had an incident, I wish now I had never heard of WA Removals. They might be cheaper but the above is the reason to not trust them. Russ Major
