well over my shoulder and I tuck the excess material under the ring for extra comfort. My limit is about 10-1( minutes with it but it’s perfect for watering the garden etc. very happy with it and great value for money.

Inexpensive and well made – I'm overall very happy with this. I bought it to have a lighter weight sling that was easier to adjust, and for this it was excellent. can spread out the fabric to cup their shoulder whilst keeping the rings high, spreading weight evenly, the body of the sling has been folded a bit like an envelope and then stitched to a separate shoulder piece. It means the wearer has to wear the rings a lot lower to be able to get any fabric spread across the shoulder. This may not be an issue for other people, but on me it meant that the shoulder ended up riding up and resting the weight of bub on my neck, causing the back to ride up too.

Love it but the fabric is a bit rough – The only reason I didn't give this sling a 5 star rating is because the fabric was a bit rough, but I ended up fixing that after a few washes. Other than that its a great sling, would highly recommend it to my friends :) Safe, secure and comfortable !

rough fabric and poor design – I have tried the moby wrap, two types of baby carriers and this sling. I was unimpressed with the sling. I would not recommend this for any small baby less than 6 months old as the pictures on their website are an inaccurate depiction of how your baby will lay in the sling. wear it the right way. inexpensive, looked simple to use and compact size. very rough material for a baby, difficult to put baby in, baby seems to sit at a funny angle and VERY uncomfortable to wear due to stiff rough fabric against your skin.

Walkabout Ring Sling – I tried a couple of other slings and carriers and this is by far the most comfortable and practical.I have seen same sling in store for over $120, bought mine online for less :-) My baby girl loves it too, so finally I am able to baby wear. good quality but needs a lit of softening up – This is a quality product in nice bright colours, however the material needs a lot of softening up to make it easy to use. The pocket is great for keys, phone, wallet, dummy or toy! instructions on how to thread the sling which I found very easy to follow and instruction on various position holds which were also easy to follow. I am a novice sling user, I was previously using a wrap for bubs but it was time consuming and not really working for us now that she's bigger. The sling is very well made, very professional, feels nice and sturdy and is finished off well. The rings are nice and heavy and thick and I feel confident in their ability to support the weight of my baby easily. I leave this sling in the car and use it all the time, I rarely get the pram out now. I tend to use it in the hip carry position mostly and it is very quick and easy and bubs feels very secure in it. I often have bubs in the sling whilst carrying school & kindy bags and holding children's hands or while holding a shopping bag full of groceries and answering my phone. It really is hands free when used correctly and unlike traditional structured front carriers that I have used in the past I find this to be very kind on my back and shoulders. I also love that it has a pocket sewn into the front sash as I pop my keys and my purse in there and often also a fold up shopping bag, meaning that I don't have to take any other bags with me or try and stuff my pockets full & risk things falling out. If you are unsure whether a ring sling is the right item for you I would highly recommend trying the Walkabout Ring Sling as it is extremely well priced and very easy to use. Strong & sturdy. Very well made. Heavy duty rings. Excellent deep pocket in front sash. Very easy to use. Comfortable to wear. The materials is rather thick so can be a bit hot on warmer days and the material takes a few uses to soften up for optimal use through the rings.
