One of the best and hassle-free drama-free service – I came into WalkSmart to buy an ES2. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I was probably a pain in the ass for asking a lot of questions, but they answered all of them and recommend me ES2. Loved it so far, never have an issue until I lost it. (Someone took it). 10/10 would come back!

Great service and deals !!!! – I wasn't sure at first whether to get an e scooter or not, and decided to come in the store myself. They provide every information that I seek in details with such friendly and welcoming vibes. I love it 10/10 service. Even received a phone mount from the lucky wheels. End up renting it for a month before buying the actual scooter.

Excellent service, friendly staff! – Bought a secondhand scooter which had warranty to this store, and when the tires popped I got a discount for tire replacements, and the staff were incredibly nice and chatty.

Best scooter – Using scooter to commute is so much easy. Save my transport fee yet comfortable to ride in sydney. Good product and best staff with great knowledge. Would recommended to my colleague about the shop and scooter

Good product – Purchased Xiaomi pro and really loved it. Was willing to get Xiaomi m365 as didnt really need that much and spent more. But with the guidance from knowledgeable staff and I was deciding to invest something more that I can use for long term. Great customer service and product in Sydney.

Three month old scooter with a completely worn out tyre – The whole initial purchase was fine. But now three months after the purchase of the Unagi Scooter which in my definition isnt a cheap scooter the tyre is completely worn out and renders the scooter completely un-useable. The distance traveled is 270km. The manufacturer states on their site you would get around two years usage So clearly Im feeling… Read more

disappointed. Ive contacted Walksmart to purchase a new tyre to be told they are in discussion with the supplier and should they get any information on tyres they will be in touch. This means I have a three month old scooter that cant be used. I feel this is totally unacceptable. Im obviously hoping Walksmart will come up with a better solution than leaving it completely open ended. However other consumers need to be aware of this problem. Im going to firstly contact Choice magazine as a member to get guidance on legal rights and responsibility of the supplier. Yes wear and tear will be the reply but not to be able to purchase a replacement - really. I will pursue all avenues and will continue to update on the outcome so no other people wastes their hard earn money.
