being Chris and Ari were great to deal with and we’re very diligent in their job. Upon finalising their work, they went through the whole yard and cleaned it up to a more than satisfactory condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Wanda’s gardening ,landscaping and reticulation to my friends and family or anyone else that asked my opinion. Great work Wanda’s. 5 ⭐️
Sham, after querying the invoice amount payment demands escalated to debt collector within days – DO NOT USE - WARNING - Awful and scary - Sham to take advantage of the elderly - WOULD GIVE NO STARS I am a 77 year old pensioner and I called Wanda's to arrange for my front garden to be hand weeded and was told it would be '$250 for 3 hrs or part thereof'. I was also told during that first phone call that they were very busy and an $88.00 deposit was needed to secure a booking.
Once the deposit was paid the job was booked for within 2 days, so they aren't as busy as they made out.
3 people turned up for the work but one left shortly after arriving. The two other people were there for an hour before having a fight in my driveway and leaving.
They used a whipper sniper to cut the weeds and left my garden in a mess, with the cut weeds left all over the garden beds.
I was then sent an invoice for $512.00, less the $88.00 deposit which was quite a lot more than agreed. Given the terrible job that was done, I was very disappointed. On the invoice, the work quoted as complete was 'Weeding, Whip, Repair reticulation, General tidy.' No weeding, reticulation repair or tidying was undertaken and the charge for taking 1 bag of 'waste' was $113.64.
A few days later, I answered a call from Wanda's, which was the first payment demand. I explained the work was not done as agreed because the weeds were not pulled out - they said that they were never going to pull out the weeds as it would have taken all day and cost much more, then the payment demand was made.
I queried the invoice in a follow up email and found out that my enquiry phone call had been illegally recorded. I asked for the recording, but Wanda's refused to provide it. Then the constant phone calls and texts started, then the email demands, which escalated to Wanda's threatening me that a debt collector would be called in.
Just before Christmas, the threatening debt collection letters started.
The service appears to be a sham to take financial advantage of elderly people - DO NOT USE!!!
Do not book with Wanda’s or pay the $250 fee – Absolute scam. Charges $250 for quote and first hour. This meant for us $250 for the guy to come out, walk around for 45 mins then say he will come back with quote. Never got the quote so asked for our money back to be told that it is the payment for the time he spent at our house “quoting” Absolute scam and fraud

Very costly. I do not agree with their “water wise” credentials. Please read all the 1 star reviews – Completely faulty installation and expensive reticulation system that I have had to completely replace. Company were not interested in providing a positive solution only a defensive response to the above situation.
Great service and technical knowledge – In a time were i contacted 10 companies listed online in my local area with hardly no responses Wandas were great. received that information they then left it up to me if I wanted to continue with their services without any pressure. I used their services to trim and tidy my long driveway. They did a fantastic job and left the drive neat and tidy. I will be definitely using Wanda's Gardening & landscaping services again
Unprofesional and childish. Both office and guarden staff – No information from the office was passed onto the staff on the ground, unfortunely this lead to some missunderstandings before starting the job. complete work on just the front yard the work finally started to take place. As i did not think a pair of professional guarders needed supervision i went on with my day.
Becouse of this i did not see the "Finished product" until they had gone. The following is what i found;
Edging had not been done. Exess guarden waste in the guarden beds. The nature strip had not been touched at all. The driveway still had weeds between the pavers. 20... 20! of our self watering pot plants had been smashed by the whippersnipper (These where less then 6 monthes old) leaving bits of plastic all over the lawn.
This was 2 hours worth of labour.
When sending an email to the head office with picture evidence we where told "we do not cover insidental damage" and that our pots where probably old anyway. There is no way the gentalman did not know they where destroying our property.
Stay well away and save yourself the hastle of rude, distructive staff with an equily dismle office and attitude to customer service.
Buyer beware – I have never been urged to write a review until now, as a warning. I was asked to pay upfront before I even had an appointment, which should have been a red light. Wonderful garden makeover – Wanda and Enrico and their team were all very respectful of our ideas. They listened and also gave suggestions. We are extremely happy with everything they have accomplished in our garden. I highly recommend them. The gardeners were very hard working and diligent and were very friendly. We absolutely love our new garden and we thank the whole team.
Is this the worst company in Australia? – Over promised and under delivered. Charged superior prices for inferior products. Charged for items not delivered. 18 plants died within 3 months ... no warranty nor replacement. They dug nice holes though.
