success. I tried the following method: . their cancellation system design won't give you the option to cancel your order . I email them several times . I telephone them ( phone number was not connected) . When I received their order confirmation email, I reply and asked them to cancel the order, but they ignore it . I asked them several times to explain the overcharge amount - I received no reply . I received the heater 2 days ago, tested it, it is a poorly made product which I can get for A$30.
Great while it lasted – I bought 2. The first one was great until it tripped the power and almost took my laptop with it (suit on the vents of the laptop but still in working order). enough to wake me up) and so much smoke that the fire alarms in the house went off when I opened my bedroom door. The heater and anything in it's vasinity at the time is covered in soot. Half the house was without power until a tradesman could make it out to the property late on a Friday night to replace fuses in the main power box.

Searched online for Harvey Norman top 10 heaters and did not cotton on to the fact that the link - bestbuyers - had nothing to do with HN at all. only half price, had an extensive pitch, ostensibly a long review by an expert, saying all kinds of wonderful things, but again with the telltale marketing psychology evident, even said it was Swedish, recently experienced viral sales after marketing and now sold out in the stores, even had the temerity to state "Don't fall for heater scams!" LMAO. Progressed to purchase screen and a timer appeared at the bottom, a countdown of 8 minutes until the sale price ended! All the red flags for a hard sales pitch to stop you from doing your own due diligence, not think and just buy NOW. So I then used the picture of the item and checked images on google - an image for this item came up in Amazon Australia for $49! (The "half price" Warmool on bestbuyers was about TWICE that price. The reviews here also indicate it is Chinese (like most things, no offence intended). Then I decided to open the bestbuyers site again and guess what - a DIFFERENT heater was now rated top for 2024 ROFL. Also the same spiel from the expert, near word for word the same as the "Warmool". Buyer beware! Oh and I did go to the HN website then and bought a convector type heater for $85 and it works well enough, so there was a happy ending. Sorry for you others and thanks to you for your reviews. They stopped me in my tracks.

Yes it warms, but at a great cost – It warms my wife's home office quite well, but it sucks astronomical power. We're are a family of 3, and average 7 kwh per day during the week, and upwards of 10-11 at the weekends with TVs/lights on etc. The days my wife works from home with just her work station & this heater on, we use 14-15kwh a day. Not worth the money – Cheap Chinese heater and overpriced. Heats a small room BUT no thermostat and only uses marginally less power than a normal fan heater - it is drawing 1200watts so not a low energy user Show details
Not all it's cracked up to be!!! – Heater is not as powerful as the ad makes out and there are cheaper more effective alternatives. Also does NOT have a thermostat so will not cut out when desired temperature is reached. Only effective in a very small room. Look elsewhere is my advice. Show details
DONT BUY IT! through wetransfer as they requested, then they simply stopped responding. So in a nutshell the product is poor quality, they don't package well enough to not be damaged in transit and their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favour and DON'T BUY IT!

Don't believe the hype – I live in Melbourne,Victoria. I bought this unit-ran it for 12+hrs in a closed room without ventilation on a 12°day with 22 wind gusts-the results were average to poor and resulted in a temperature of 16°. I'm personally suffering from Fibromyalgia and Hashimotos so I found this a waste of my time and money. It's just not strong enough,but fine on yr feet. The safety unit worked efficiently as the unit ceased functioning when knocked over. Show details
Just a fan heater, and not very good at all – I was impressed by the hype and bought one. What a let down. The heat output is minimal, after having it on for 15 minutes I had to sit right up close to detect any warmth. The switch is back to front - “1” is off, “0” is on. It’s rubbish. Show details
A little disappointed..Its very noisy – The reviews on this heater seemed amazing and I was very excited to order this heater as my ducting heating has died. Luckily I only ordered 1 to trial out. They claim it is very quiet and you cant hear it. Well that is not the case, it is so ridiculously noisy and does not heat up a room in minutes (perhaps a cupboard) I was extremely disappointed with this product. What a letdown! – I bought this heater as it is supposed to be energy saving, heat up a whole room, etc. Given the small size, it's awfully noisy, and as far as heating up a room goes - it doesn't! You have to stand directly in front of it to get any heat at all, and that's on the high setting. I used it for one night, but won't be using it again. Back to my wood burner! Show details

the one spoken about in the ad and the price was reasonable, so I ordered one. I seem to remember that the heater they described had a timer switch. I've been googling for that advertorial again and can't find it. To actually feel the heat on low, you have to be standing 1 m in front of the Warmool. The lower setting is not useful in any room bigger than a bathroom and the higher setting eats up the power more quickly. I could find no timer switch on it at all. The heater needs a dedicated power point (ie not plugged into a power board with multiple other devices) and the cord is only 1m long. The heater took over an hour to take the chill off my 10m X 8m kitchen/dining room. Coming in from a freezing day outside, you can notice a difference but my old small size reverse cycle aircon does a quicker, warmer and (according to my energy advisor device readout) more cost effective job. The Warmool ad is deceiving re: room size, heating capacity, and running costs. A disappointing purchase but I will keep it for the bathroom. It did come well packaged! :D
Not even worth 1 star. Complete rip-off – Worked first time I used it, though it took 15 minutes the first time I used it to heat a small room. 2nd time I used it, switched in on, it turned itself off and hasn’t worked since. A complete waste of money. Show details
A waste of money – This "heater" does not put out any hot air or cold air and I am unable to return it or get a refund because the link they provide does not work.
