The most rude and arrogant and unhelpful service that I have experienced . Talking down to the elderly is and then expecting the same elderly person to empty out a bin to show the contents when that person struggles with moving heavy objects and the the contents of the bin can be seen . There is no receipt as it is through a council service .

A shame you try and apeear concerned here while treating your customers wity arrogance and disrespect . And your team can easily remove the contents of the bin it instead you arrogantly and disrespectfully chose to make an elderly person to do this with back issues . So your disingenuous response is not taken in any way seriously as you I had rand multiple times and the same disrespectful response was relayed . Steer well clear of this business as it is about the bottom dollar and in no way about helping the community and the elderly in particular .

Very unprofessional – Not a professional service at all. Collection occurred on a Monday and I then received a copy of the invoice the next day advising that the transaction had been completed as per the terms and conditions, no further balance owing. The following day they charge my credit card for further money with NO communication to me. When I called to enquire they said I had put unauthorised material in the bin. When I requested photo evidence I received unclear photos of a bin that didn't even look like my bin. I did a google review check of WM Waste before I hired so that I would not get poor service and that is exactly what I have ended up with!

Completely Satisfied Customer – After writing a very negative review last week for another skip company, I just had to comment on the completely different experience we had with WM. Firstly, the 3 cubic metre for soil was a very competitive price. Secondly, the booking process was professional. Thirdly, the skip arrived and was taken as previously organised and finally (and I guess most importantly), the driver (Steve) was efficient and friendly. He called us 1 hour before collection and then again when he was 5 minutes off as we had the skip behind gates. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and will be using them again in the near future.
