The most rude and arrogant and unhelpful service that I have experienced . Talking down to the elderly is and then expecting the same elderly person to empty out a bin to show the contents when that person struggles with moving heavy objects and the the contents of the bin can be seen . There is no receipt as it is through a council service .

they said I had put unauthorised material in the bin. When I requested photo evidence I received unclear photos of a bin that didn't even look like my bin. I did a google review check of WM Waste before I hired so that I would not get poor service and that is exactly what I have ended up with!

guess most importantly), the driver (Steve) was efficient and friendly. He called us 1 hour before collection and then again when he was 5 minutes off as we had the skip behind gates. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and will be using them again in the near future.
