Seemless service. We leave our cardboard collection bin outside our business premises every week and it is collected early the next morning - even before I arrive. You can organise to cancel a collection if your bin is still empty - or you can organise extra pick-ups. Very flexible. 5 stars!

I had an issue where the council didn’t service my business, so I had to reach out to Waster to organise my waste collection. They were fast, efficient, and handled everything quickly without any hassle. Great customer service and very reliable. Highly recommend Waster for any business waste needs!
Follow-up · Since my original review, the experience has continued to be positive. The waste collected is mostly food waste. I currently have it collected once every three weeks, but the collection schedule is flexible. If I need an extra pickup, I can simply call the company and arrange it. The pricing is $57.09 per collection. However, the cost can be higher if the bins are overflowing and weight more or if additional waste needs to be taken.
After a few months service, I have had a positive experience with this company.
Have had for a few months now and they have been great. Has been really handy to have extra space with the bins and I will be taking them to my next home too.

Never again – My son died, the bin rusted out and rubbish fell out. They blamed the site manager, my dead son for not reporting rusty bin. I am 72 years old and was told to put all the rubbish in a new bin. I had to hire someone to help me.

Know better, choose better.
Make sure you check your invoice!! – This company has charged me 4 times more in Jul and 5 times more in Aug. Can’t tolerate this anymore. Will report to fair trade if problem do not fixed.

Extremely bad service – We used Waster for about 6 months and not once was the service on time. There was no communication about late or cancelled services. When I finally ceased the service they had the gall to tell me I hadn’t given them 30 days notice! I do not recommend them and judging by some of the other comments I’m not alone.
Stay away – Very unprofessional- I have asked why Drivers use same truck to throw reds and recycling in one truck and company charges for seperate service pick up. No response for 2 weeks.

A Great cheap service – I have been with Waster for a few years now and they have always provided fantastic customer service, if a service was missed because I forgot to put the bin out they always book it in again for me without issue.
