Skip bin service standards not 'wasted' on me! – John and the team at Wastex provided a great service for my skip hire needs - not something I had used previously. I found them very helpful with great customer service and advice on best way to pack the skip. They compared well on price with others and proved very responsive and timely with their service provision, including collection. They were communicative, courteous and easily accessible for any situation updates. Was reassuring to see they were also approved local authority service providers, so met quality control standards. Wastex were very flexible and accommodating over the 3-day hire and I really couldn't have asked for more from them (certainly needed the full 3 days, whereas some only offered 1 day - never would have made it!). Best thing - no damage done to driveway on skip collection - absolutely seamless work by operator, so very happy with their performance all round! Went above and beyond what was required, which was much appreciated. Would have no hesitation in using Wastex again, and would certainly recommend them to anyone seeking similar services. A great local business!
