Works well – This cleaner started off working ok but now 9 times out of 10 it just moves forward about a mitre and back again and then stops. Everything is clean and free of leaves. Update: , I have now pulled whole thing apart and removed the impeller. In the impeller housing there was a small amount of weed after that was removed it’s working.

Irredeemably bad – This cleaner is just terrible. I’ve taken it in for repair 5 times in 18 months. It simply stops picking up leaves after 1 or 2 cycles even when emptying the catcher in between. The last time I took it in they showed me that it needs to be unscrewed to get to debris caught in the propeller shaft which is exposed to everything being sucked in! This… Read more

happens every time and causes the cleaner’s suction to reduce, preventing it from picking up leaves. Such a terrible design! In addition, the wire tangles quickly and it really annoys me that the light on the controller stays on even when the cleaner has finished its cycle. Still, these are only minor things that would be forgivable if the cleaner actually picked up leaves! It hurts to pay so much for something so useless.
