Watermark Toilet Cistern

Really bad - get ready to scrub every time – Don’t buy this brand! We bought a house with Watermark toilets already installed and they are horrendous. Most toilets you occasionally need to use a toilet brush after doing a poo, these toilets you occasionally don’t need to use a brush after doing a poo. Just constantly having to scrub them and reflush - they just don’t work well. As others… Read more
have said, the underside of the toilet gets stained with urine too. If I had the money, I would replace them.
It's a no from from me – 1-Star Review - Poor Design Creates Constant Headaches After six months of dealing with this toilet, I regret this purchase completely. The angular design with square corners isn't just unattractive - it's a maintenance nightmare. The corners make it nearly impossible to properly use a plunger or snake when clogs occur, which happen far too… Read more
frequently due to the poor water flow design. The weak flush and narrow trapway mean we deal with clogs at least weekly, and the square corners turn each clog into a frustrating ordeal. Standard plungers can't create a proper seal due to the angular design. I've had to call a plumber twice already because household tools simply couldn't address clogs in those hard-to-reach corners. Save yourself the hassle and choose a toilet with traditional rounded bowl design and proper water flow. The supposed "modern look" isn't worth the constant maintenance issues and frustration.
Leaks and sticks – There is a problem with the flush sticking constantly along with a steady trickle of water that appears on both sides of the bowl on the floor. Appears to be coming out of two holes in the side siginfying I have a leaking syster that is leaking into the toilet body then onto the floor.
The worst toilet – Standard toilet inclusion in new build. Seats float, terrible design means your forever cleaning it, urine stains on seat, all around the worst toilet ever. Wish I had of upgraded. Show details
Terrible – Worst toilet ever, urine staining on seat. Useless wing nuts to hold seat on and the float always gets stuck, not to mention expensive akchdm dachshund dncjb has sndbxcbxssjjhgc f Show details
Seat absorbs urine and stains easily – Had two watermark toilets, rimless, soft close lids installed less than a year ago. Not happy, the seat absorbs urine, it's discoloured, no matter how well or often it's been scrubbed, bleached, cleaned etc. Very poor quality. Do not buy these products
Not good enough – Water level hard to adjust, parts flimsy not enough accurate directions, not a good buy at all from Bunnings but where else to shop as the competition has sadly disappeared and no local manufacturing here in Oz that I know of
Water splash all over the body – I got one recently and i am not happy with it. Hence it is new, i have noticed the flushed water is splashing all over the body. If you adjust the water storage, then it wont flush out properly. Not good.
Totally useless piece of crap. Made for midgets – If you want to spend the rest of your life cleaning crap of the back of the bowl & having to sit so far forward & risk doing damage to your privates buy all means buy one. Cheap & nasty crap suitable for preschools & midgets.
Constant slow leak – The toilet itself works well, apart from constant slow rivulets of water trickling into the bowl from the cistern. The cistern has been replaced once but the problem remains. Is this a design fault?
Watermark Toilet cistern and seat – Value for money cistern and soft close seat from Bunnings. It works wonders and the dual flush is easy to press. It has a 3 star water rating and have had no issues ir noises since installment from plumber in January 2019
