Worst Product and Customer Service in Australia – AVOID this product. The water flosser is ok and works well. The toothbrush failed within the warranty period and was replaced after much debate. Within a few months later, the toothbrush failed again. No luck getting a replacement, nothing available in Australia and afre writing to Waterpic Customer Service several times, not one reply. Tried… Read more

phoning, no luck either. Save your money, buy a better brand either Philips if you want the sonic style or Oral B for longer life.

Fantastic for cleaning in between my teeth and reducing infections – I have been using this for about 6 months after my dentist recommended it as I have had ongoing infections for years and this has made a huge difference. The tooth brush takes a little getting used to if not used to the vibrations but does not take long. I add some mouth wash to the water to help blast it between my teeth. I love that there is no waste like floss and those picks. Won’t be going back. Show details

Short lived toothbrush – I heard great things about waterpik so I purchased two. One for me and one for my son. The water flosser part is fantastic, you can add various substances to the tank to improve oral health. 5 stars for the flosser. Now, the toothbrush is another matter altogether. First, the brush is almost impossible to remove. There are youtube videos… Read more

explaining how to do it, using brute force. The spindle gets damaged by the brute force and then the brush will not perform. You cannot repair it yourself and Waterpik don't sell new handles. So, your choice is buy a flosser and then a separate toothbrush that is more civilised to use.

Avoid Waterpick - forced obsolescence at a premium price – I purchased a Waterpik Complete Care product and several heads from The Shaver Shop. Just six months in, the unit died. Thankfully, the retailer replaced the unit. That's ok. Problems happen and it was fixed promptly. If that was the only issue, this product would have 3-4 star rating. The one-star rating is due to something that simply should… Read more

never happen for a "premium brand." Like any brush, over time (3 months) the heads need to be replaced. Unfortunately, it is effectively impossible to get replacement heads for the unit I purchased. I have tried the original shop where I purchased my unit. No luck. They gave me a number to call Waterpik. No luck getting through. I tried purchasing heads online. Unfortunately, the Complete Care model has changed and new heads do not fit the 18-month-old device, so I've been left were expensive and non-returnable products. I am going to bin this expensive device and opt for another brand with a well-supported solution. I am not going to spend any more money or time on it. The forced obsolescence of this premium product is a travesty - especially given it's high price point.

Great products. Button fails over time – Excellent oral hygiene tool. Highly recommended. Limited choice of units in Australia. Button fails after 12-14 months. Took 2 yr warranty. Had to replaced. Best option. Great to clean gums. Show details

Don't do it – Power failed in this unit after a few weeks. Serious design flaw or mine is faulty. When you lift the lid up to refill, water that gathered near the hinge drips down over the power button and now mine has no power. Show details

Serious design flaw with this product – The toothbrush failed after a few months. Sometimes it would not turn on, then it would not turn off, then it would turn on and off by itself while on the charger. Now the replacement unit I received has shown the exact same problems. This points to a design flaw in my opinion. The flosser part has been quite OK. It's just the toothbrush that… Read more

fails. I'm planning to return this unit, then purchase the flosser-only unit and a toothbrush from another manufacturer, but that means 2 electrical sockets required instead of 1.

Toothbrush Failed Twice in 12 Months – We originally purchased this unit in November 2017 for $220 from Chemist Warehouse. The original toothbrush failed in May and after a bit of back and forth with Chemist Warehouse (which initially refused to assist) and then the importer here in Australia (Brandfarm) a replacement unit was dispatched in June 2018. It's now November 2018 and… Read more

the replacement toothbrush has now failed completely with the battery no longer charging.

Luckily I have a 10 year old Oral B toothbrush that's still going strong that I can use while I wait for yet another replacement toothbrush or my money back from Brandfarm.

Great little device – I have had a number of water flossers and sonic toothbrushes, but this is the best yet. The flosser’s water pressure is so high that I normally use it on half strength. It is so easy and convenient to use that I use it all the time, and it leaves my mouth feeling really fresh.

Brilliant water flosser/Sonic toothbrush combo – This water flosser is a must for anyone with braces, I had Invisalign done recently and its been a godsend. The included sonic toothbrush is also really great! The price is very reasonable, and the performance great!
