DO NOT USE. Charged 250% more than the quote (which was already inflated to a 4 seater couch), then John does not respond when asked to follow up with receipt or invoice, shocking.
DO NOT BOOK WITH WE DO CARPET CLEANING. Unprofessional. Late. Charge double on arrival. Have left carpets in a worse state, and are now unreachable. They are a scam!

l wanted manager to come look at the poor-quality job and kept being told they would get back to me. They never did. I rang over a dozen times and as soon as they heard my voice they hung up. They were paid so they were happy and have no care factor for anyone whether you are elderly or young. Same disrespect.
Do not book any services with this organisation. They do not turn up, try to get payment in advance, give you multiple reasons why they don’t turn up. Rude on the phone. They do not respond to messages. Completely unprofessional and will mess you around. A very stressful experience with this organisation.
Avoid - Unreliable – Brisbane office - Booked two weeks in advance and requested an 8am time slot as I had to fit this around work. Didnt turn up, when I called they said there would be someone with me at 9, no one showed, called again and I was told 10am so I arranged for the evening at 4 so I could go to work. He eventually turned up at 4.15pm. Rubbish service would definitely not recommend.
Do not use them! Scam – SCAM COMPANY… Wedo Carpet cleaning Perth. Needed there help with an emergency flood into our mastebedroom. Came spent 5 minutes “cleaning” then dropped a $720 bill on us. happened. On the last call they hung up on us and are now screening our calls. Have had another legitimate company come out and have confirmed they didn’t treat it for mould just shampooed. scammed us in our hour of need. DO NOT USE THEM
I will never use them again – Half done job left carpet damp emptied machine outside front door. Never replied to texts for a receipt. Highly recommend don't use this company

Worst carpet cleaning company in Sydney! – I booked for carpet cleaning for 8am. The night before after 10pm i received a text saying their van broke down and they wont be able to make it till 10am to 11am. will come and do the other room another day and he left. He did not clean the carpet properly. It was worse than before. Plus the tiled and timber area had lots of water and dust from his shoes made it look disgusting. The whole house was ruined. I called up the company and the lady said will pass it to the manager and they will call back asap. Waited 2 hours and called again and she said the same thing. Waited another 3 hours but nobody called.
Terrible service – Booked in for 4pm and got a message saying their van had broken down. Rebooked for 8am the next day and received message saying they had booked for 12pm. Replied saying I can only do 8am which they confirmed they could do and then never showed up. Very unprofessional would not recommend.
