Don't do it!!! – Great phone staff after that.... Drivers unreliable and don't speak English. 3 hours late day one. 2nd chance to make amends... 2 hours late day two. Terrible experience.

Never turned up! – I had a confirmed booking. And they never turned up so I consider that very unprofessional. But lying is even worse on my books, I rang them 3 times to see what was happening and left messages. They reckon when they rang me that I did not answer my phone??? Well my phone did not leave my side as I use it for work and I was on call which of course they did not know! You never get to talk to the same person each time you ring. Basically very disorganised and unreliable. They are not cheaper than anywhere else so pleased go some other company so you don't have to carry your mattress on a roof rack.

Do Not Use! Belongings Damaged! – The entire experience was extremely disappointing!! The day prior to our booking, I was contacted and offered an additional removalist (3rd man) at half the cost. We confirmed this arrangement. The first removalist arrived by himself in one truck 10 minutes late and was unaware of the additional booking. The second removalist arrived 30 minutes after the booking in a second truck.

The overall professionalism was lacking and at times, we had to suggest ways to move items into spaces. No blankets were used to protect our belongings and very little to no care taken with moving them.

Damage was caused to our tv unit, our daughters chest of drawers, her crib and our washing machine!!

When it came time to pay, the removalists calculated the cost to include the 3rd removalist and did not provide any explanation of the invoice including knowledge of the deposit.

My partner had to phone the office for an explanation of the fees and was informed that an invoice will be sent immediately.

The day after our booking I sent an email to the business addressing my concerns and that we had still not received an invoice. Three days passed without any acknowledgment of my email OR the invoice.

I phoned the business and was told the dispute resolution officer would call me back in 5 minutes. 5 hours later and I had to phone the office again and was placed on hold for 10 minutes.

The person I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and clearly had no customer service skills. I received the invoice the following day, a week after the service.

No attempts to rectify our concerns or even acknowledge us after receiving our money. Horrible business!

Highly recommend! Quick, cheap, reliable. A+++ – I was in need of a removalist to relocate the big items i couldn't move myself. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and luckily were able to send me a truck the next day. Initially, I was abit worried as it all seemed to easy. The 2 men arrived at 730am and everything went smoothly. The customer service representative and the team were so professional, did not damage anything, quick service, did not charge any hidden costs and are overall really reliable.

I recommend this company and will use them in the future when their services are required.

Do not use this company - 3.5 hours late with a truck half the size requested - then the guys left a – Do not go anywhere near this company. I booked them 1 month in advance and only booked them as they confirmed that they had a 16 tonne truck and I would be the first booking of the day at 8am. I needed this timing since my young children were in school and we wanted the move done during that time. They arrived 3.5 hours late, I didn't receive a call to advise me, I had to call them and chase them up. Three guys arrived with terrible attitude, they had the wrong size truck (an 8 tonne) and when I questioned them they left! I called the company and they only offered me a slight price reduction, by this point they were telling me that the 3 guys were still at my property to which I informed them that they had left! I then had to call around and find another company who could help at the last minute as we were packed and ready to move! Disgraceful behavior and I no doubt didn't want anything more to do with this company after their staff were so disrespectful. How can a company that calls itself a removalist not move you??
