The scales have been working well up until this week ... all of a sudden it has an error message "Lo". I have changed to new batteries but it keeps showing 'Lo' on the scale. The screen/light will turn on but once one foot touches on the scales, the screen/light disappears. Very frustrating !! How can I fix this ??? NOT HAPPY JAN :(
Please ensure the batteries are as follows. 1. All batteries are new, do not mix old and new batteries together. 2. If the scale requires AA or AAA batteries they need to be ALKALINE. If you use a CARBON battery, it will always show the battery is empty and therefore may only power up the scale but do nothing more.
3. Do NOT use rechargeable batteries. Rechargeable batteries will always show “Lo”
• Remove the batteries if the batteries are no longer functional, or if the scale will be unused for a prolonged period of time. • Clean the battery contacts and also those of the scale prior to battery installation. • Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -).

have replaced batteries in WW Scale WW125A batteries in correctly but scale will not switch on ??
Retrieve the batteries and use them in something which works, and find an alternative use for the naff scales. Suggestions which come to mind include renting them out as a Donald Trump impersonator (they lie to you all the time as well), a heat shield for a space shuttle (they're not in service anymore and so are also defunct just like these scales), or a sunroof for a bicycle (about as useful as this set of scales is to the person who wants to know what their weight is).
have put in new batteries and scales will not work , have checked if batteries placed in correctly and still will not work , any idea
yes and yes. scales thrown out because service centre didnt respond to request to fix.

My scales does not register weight, is there a calibrate function I can enter it into to check the load cell ?
It isn’t storing my data. I have done everything that the instructions have said.. but it resets everything as soon as I turn it back on .

I followed the instruction, did everything that I suppose to do before use. Tap the centre of the scale platform for couple of times, but nothing came up ...... anyone know what's going on?

My scale shows 00kg when I place it on the floor however when I step on it, it goes to ERR?
The minimum weight capacity for this scale is 5kg and the maximum weight capacity is 182kg. Any weights below or above these amounts will result in an “Err” message. Make sure that your scale is placed on a hard surface not carpet , no shoes or socks on and you are standing still.

Yes, it sounds like you do need it.
google conair ww185a and you will find instructions, it is simple enough to set though - 1. When the scale is switched off, quickly and firmly tap the centre of the scale platform with foot to activate digital display.
2. Wait 2 seconds for "0.00" to appear (if the scale is set to kg) or "0.0" to appear (if the scale is
set to lb). Do not press any buttons until "0.00" or "0.0" appears in the display window.
3. Once "0.00" or "0.0" appears, firmly press the SET button. The scale is now ready to set your
personal data.
