I have a very old WW Scale (2305MT) and I need to reset the readout, as I accidentally pressed USER. I cannot find a reset button on the unit. Can anyone help????? Pllllllllleeease! My email is [Contact Details Removed]
Replace my old weight watcher scales , with new scales . Today put on lb by drinking water with medicine. Normal once week but checking ? Or they exactly give your last readings WHY cause write all down . Crapt for the money & Heath
Hi there, I had these scales and they were the most unreliable scales out. My advice throw them out and buy a non digital bathroom scale. I bought a seca ( like the ones the doctors surgery have) bought it over a year ago and even my husband thinks it was well worth the purchase!!! Will never go digital again with bathroom scales!
When I stand on my scales it flashes 000 for a while and then turns off? Help me

how to reset model WW185A
I have Weight Watchers body scales Model WW8961K which I have not used for many months and need a reminder regarding it's use. It is probably 10 years old and any instructions I may have had are nowhere to be found. The battery , however, appears to be OK. The unit is undamaged. Any ideas?

I have just replaced the two batteries in my WW WW185A scales but have no manual and can't re-set. I have changed the button on the back to lbs and want to set my height to 65" and age to 77. So far, I have got P-1 and 0.0 1bs coming up but the scales still won't register my weight when I try to weigh myself. PLEASE HELP? Regards from Jenny [details removed]
I weigh myself about every other day and my scale will say the exact same weight, even the ounce 3 times and then it will show a weight lose. I can't believe I weigh the exact same weight (even ounce) for 6 days. Is there a setting that I need to change??

Just blinks on 000 when I step on it and does nothing more.. is it broken??
You need to stand still on if for a short while for it to register you. Sometimes it flashes 000 then goes blank. In that instance step off and try again. personally, if you can take it back for a full refund and buy another brand scale.

I should be able to program 4 lots of info but it won't let me change any of the preset factory settings and now that my info is in I can't change that either. Should I take these back and get an exchange? Not happy
Hi Kelly it sounds like you are in the user mode not setting mode to set the scale please make sure you are in the setting mode. Please refer to booklet for the correct steps on how to set the scale .
