These heaters are the biggest pile of rubbish.Mine is in the rubbish bin. The biggest scam of all is the lying false advert. There is not one piece of honesty about the product. I am ashamed that I was cloned. I should have known better as I spent my life as electrical contractor. However I do admit that I was aware of the total lies they say but I did not know that anyone could get away with so much lies.

Do not provide adaptors for different countries as stated. Customer service is basically a bot. Refuse to assist and offer small % refunds for items you cannot even use anyway. Product is cheap feeling and have no idea how it works, given the sent a us plug for an au order, but overpriced and absolute rubbish. An absolute scam.

Payed n never received the product support emails don't go anywhere once they told me it had been delivered they want help me past 90 days they never help anyway proir to the 90 days scammers they want refund my money no good scammers

Absolutely useless. Would not even heat my tiny bathroom. Sent message to company. no reply. Don't waste your money. Wish I had of read these reviews before purchasing. Lesson learnt.

Everything advertised re this product is false! The item does not fit ordinary PowerPoints. This company should not be allowed to keep selling products as they are a complete scam! Communication with them is impossible & they contravene Australian standards for refunds! Very, very disappointed!

I am at a loss for words! I'm afraid this is gonna burn up my daughter's apartment.It was a Christmas gift and they will not honor any sort of return. Truly they do not care about the customer! where to go forward with this. The support staff was not even listening to my concern. The box was crunched at one end! My best to speak to leadership and will go from there. It's truly disappointing as customers money is so valuable these days.More than ever!

Absolute trash. The product and the service! after 6 months of chasing finally my Visa card provider came to the rescue. once they have receipted delivery they would process the refund. The refund never came. Finally I documented the email correspondance and submitted a refund claim on my visa card. The option for a star rating is inadequate as it should be zero or even better a negative rating

Scam alright. Not only do they not work . The power switch was a sticker. We were st>pid thinking this was going to keep us warm. They should be arrested. Now we can’t get our money back

Marketed as the "Tesla of heaters". Think more Cypertruck than other Tesla products. Landfill trash. It does not perform anything like it is spruiked. It cost me around one hundred dollars to find out that the "heater" was useless. I ran one in my bathroom for three hours. The starting temperature was 15ºC. The final temperature was 15ºC. Useless and a scam.

Does not work in Australia, is not safe. SCAM. If you bought it dont open it, apparently its legal to state we will only take back unopened packages?!? Act quick to return takes weeks. PayPal didnt help. Its only 30days.

These are rubbish, not even a toy. Cheaply made and not as good as a $30 fan heater from Kmart. They come with a power adaptor for Aus which makes them stick out further making the stabilising feet useless.

A complete scam. The heater does not even heat the size of a toilet let alone a room. Requested a full refund, company came back with keep it and we will give 25% back, then it was 50%, 75%. Wasted approximately $40 in postage. Eventually they refunded me for the cost of the heater.

Beware this is another American scam the product does not live up to the advertised details unless you live in a space the size of a toilet the product does not heat up any thing bigger . it is OK for a hand drier but nothing else and the cost after adding all the additional charges it is cheaper to but a heater in Australia . Just another piece of junk.

I received the product will the wrong plugs. I wrote to their support showing where the product did not conform to their included safety information. I asked for the correct product for Australia or a refund. No response. Their safety leaflet says 3 blade plug and don't use an adapter. They sent a 2 pin plug with an adapter! No response to replace or refund.

impossible given the immediacy of my request. Then the heaters took weeks and weeks to arrive. However only ONE heater was sent, at a cost of $160! I asked for a refund of the two missing heaters but was fobbed off with an offer of 25% back. The heaters don’t work the heating is very limited and the sales marketing is deceptive at best.

25%; they just want to kill time so that the 30 days pass, after which they don't have to refund anything. They charged me to ship the heaters to me and now they are charging me the return charges. They are a scam. Please do not buy theses heaters. They are coming from a different company. The plug is of 220 volts, Indian style.

I purchased one WellHeater unit recently and it took nearly two months to arrive. While it looked great in the photos, the reality was very different. After only a few uses, I’m completely disappointed. The product does not live up to expectations, and I feel misled. I would not recommend this to others.

Fell for advertising and ordered 4 heaters and 4 remotes, realised my error (I live alone) and do not need 4 heaters. I attempted to change my order and then to cancel the order but was told no, until they were delivered. They have never arrived, and on checking tracking have never even been shipped. Communication is a nightmare and I think it is a total scam.

make sure that all addresses are properly formed. There is no way to contact this dubious Chinese company. In addition. They use 3rd world courier service ARAMAX who have a deplorably unreliable reputation! The item is sitting at an ARAMAX facility. I was given instructions to pick up from the facility however the courier did not give me a tracking number and therefore they could not find item! I refuses to return to this facility to get stuffed around again and wellheater are unavailable. BEWARE OF DUBIOUS CHINESE COMPANYS LIKE THIS ONE!

heat up a small room of 6 sqm on a not so cold day (16 Celsius). It's made of cheap plastics and does not even feel warm when you put hand on it. 4. They will try every way to refuse refund, send you new instructions, tell you the refund is only for delivered items and their system shows no delivery, offer 50% refund, charge you shipping fee for returning items...5. tried to order 2, website popped up with an offer on a discount for 2 and, fool that i am, i accidentally purchased 4. contacted them immediately and was told they couldn't amend the order as the heaters had already been packed and left the warehouse. now more than 2 weeks later i have received no update, no tracking, no delivery....
