Theft of personal pets belongings – If the owner of the practice has takenhour pets person belongings home.. her bed.. her sheep skin that she has slept in for years taken them to his private home ... is that theft .. ??? What a terrible experience and only to add heart ache to a devastating situation This morning I received a call to pick up my Ruby's ashes after taking her to the rainbow bridge ..on picking them up and asking for her belongings her bed and favourite sheep skin that would have smelt of her , so we could take it home and also give closure to Ryan .. they had us waiting in the waiting room for 40 minutes..only to be told that a safe member had taken her bed home ..they would be back after calling them to get them to bring it in ..and told an you know it was a lie . That they had taken it home to clean and wash her sheep skin.. I had not asked for this . And they had no right to do so . I'm am beyond pissed off .. and they told me they can't get in contact with this person. Who is ment to be the owner of the business that has taken the bed home ...well pets nepean you have just added Trauma to heat ache .

Stop stuffing us around and give me her bed and sheep skin bedding .. and call the owner ..and give me her and my belongings back..

And have the hide to tell me the owner is not answering. They have her bedding ..

What is the surgery was having an emergency..are you going to say that the owner can not be contacted???

Service and costs – Hi everyone , I have had two dogs here at penrith WellPets ( nepean vetinary clinic )in the last 3 weeks , I’ve spent over 10 k with a 75% upfront payment , which in itself is questionable , but try to get med after the dogs gone home ?? There is no after service !! Waited all day for 30 tablets to be dispensed by a vet ! And now I find that I was charged 50 % more than the prescribed rate for the surgeries ?? How does that happen ?? All they’re doing here is providing a service and ripping people off ! How could the average person afford those costs ? Get a loan perhaps . Something needs to happen With this sort of behavior . Caring not so sure !! It all about the dollars !!

Money first before we can treat your critically ill Animal please – I attended this practice late at night with my daughters dog who was unconscious due to taking seizures but all they were interested in was money before they would treat the dog you have to pay up front and this was not the first time they had asked for money up front it was a couple of thousand dollars. Any way the dog was hospitalized but you are not allowed to comfort your dog in any way you are not allowed in the treatment room. The dogs has roughly cost me over $8000.00 in Vet fees and the dog continued taking seizures so I engaged a new Vet to attend to the sick dog and after examining the dog he said to me there’s really nothing you can do for the dog he was born with this problem 1 in 20 dogs are born like this so the most human thing to do was to have the dog put down he was screaming in pain like some one was standing on his head all this could have been avoided if these Vets had done there job instead of just caring about money and cared more about the Animal and there owners. I would never attend this practice again and I most certainly do not recommend them it’s just all about money. Next time I will attend a Vet who is a Vet for all the right reasons. They really deserve zero stars.
