my new laundry trough denting the metal. They had to take the door away as they installed the door closer on an angle. The second door was installed on an angle so I could not open the door without lifting it first. This has caused my frame to scratch and rub with each other. They blamed the frame not realising that I am a tradie and my door frames are perfect and bubble level. The doors had a 20mm plus gap on top of the doors (please see photos). This could have been prevented if Tracy and Shane the installer took time to take an accurate measurement. They then took my door away leaving holes in my frame and won't return to re-install the door. Please see second photo of the door that's rubbing and how rough their mitre work is.

Very Happy with result! – We ordered 2 Security Screen doors front and back and are very pleased with the end results. Care was taken with installation to check they all fitted right and the turn around from ordering to installation was within the promised time. Doors look great! Show details

Very disappointing service! – The service is very poor, they asked for 50% deposit straight away and said that it would take about 5-6 weeks for my screen door to be installed, 8 weeks had passed and I still have not heard from them, so I called to follow up and I was told I need to pay first the remaining balance before the installation, how could they asked people to pay in… Read more

full when they have not even done anything yet? Very disappointed, I would never recommend their service.

doors for laundry room

I order on 10-11-2020 and was told they would be ready before Christmas and installed before Christmas. I rang Tuesday 22nd December to find out what is happening and when going install them, said they call me Thursday or Friday to let know when going install them, said most likely Tuesday. NO CALL -THURSDAY NO CALL - FRIDAY I tired call Saturday but close. Called Monday 21st Dec 9:47am - told they would tell me by end of day NO CALL tired to call office that evening 5:08pm but closed left message(8mins late) Got call Tuesday morning 9:06am telling me they would install them !!!!! 24th December between 2pm to 5pm. NO ONE TURN UP DURING THAT TIME, THEN AT 5:32PM turn up no phone call telling me running late or nothing!!!!!!

Ok now about doors - 2 front security doors size wrong gap between them FAIL!!!! Had take them with them to fix them....

- 1 Invisi Gard Security sliding doors for laundry room MADE TO BIG, had take with them to fix FAIL!!!!!

- 2 Invisi Gard Security sliding doors for double sliding door (family room) Made doors little to short, so rasied the doors on wheels to fit and now has big gap under doors won't fix them and said they put dust strip on bottom to fix it!!!! That won't fix it !!!they meant be invis gard (paid alot for them). Also the didn't have right screws do the job so they had to use a grinder to grind top of screws.

- 1 Invisi Gard Security sliding door for dinning room Lock broken and can hear the Mesh in the door scraping up on sliding door also does not feel smooth when opening.

I was told they would ring me 4th to organise come out install other doors that needed fixing and put dust strip on and the top and bottom locks missing as didn't have 3 lock systems in stock. Made me pay them on 24th even though didn't finish the job !!!! No happy at all crap job the invisi gard doors don't feel like invisi gard at all

Didn't get call yesterday or today!!!!

9th Jan - Update!!! STILL NO CALL!!!!! They make you pay even if don't finish their work.

11th Jan 12:03pm UPDATE!!! I RANG THEM as have not heard from them, lady didn't know anything had find out, then was told had to order parts in, when I complained why no call last week said office close, and told her he said to me would be out on 4th as warehouse would be open, if didn't have parts why not ring and inform me. She just said we order part and tell me when ready. Didnt want listen to me. So rude.

19th Jan - UPDATE!!! Have not heard nothing from them.....

22nd Jan 12:25pm UPDATE!! NO ANSWER, left message to call me back and never did......

25th Jan 10:13am UPDATE!!! NO ANSWER, left message again. This is worse service ever ordered 10/11/2020 and still have not got all my doors!!!!!

Don’t use Werribee Blinds! – Don’t use Werribee blinds! After ruining my door frame, they refused to help pay for the repairs. Has cost me $1000 to fix something that was their error!

Poor quality, no customer service, no rectification – Werribee Blinds told us they could supply a blind explicitely and completly matching a blind they had previously supplied us with. Material, function, everything the same. WE showed them the sample. They agreed. Their Sales person said yes, based on that sample, we can do this. salesperson showed us and was extremely different from the product we were sampled. The blind they delivered was very poor quality, very poor material, unhemmed edges. Plasticy, rather than fabric. The person who showed up to install it was from another company, wearing logos from another company and introduced from another company (I won't shine a 'spotlight' on the other company because they were probably just subcontractors) The installer put holes in our literally brand new walls. We tried to resolve it with them, stating it wasn't what we requested, or the sample the salesperson spoke about, and that the delivered product had major problems that had we of known, would have prevented us purchasing the product. They refused to rectify, refused to collect and refund. Told us the blinds could not be hemmed or repaired after being made. Then offered us (through Consumer Affairs) a token amount to "hemm or repair" despite having said it couldn't be done. Do not trust this business.
