Useless rip off idiots – Booked my car into west exhaust Ballarat to put a bigger exhaust on my car and once they did it, it was way too loud inside the car and could hardly hear it outside of the car, which was the opposite of what I asked for, then they decided to change the diameter of the tail section, which made it quieter, to the point of it sounding like the original exhaust, but it’s also changed the rev idling of the car and there’s clearly no performance benefit to the car which is why I wanted this done in the first place. they clearly have no idea what there doing. After all this I told them to put the original exhaust back on, but to my surprise I only got half my money back, absolute rip off useless idiots!!!!
