Just wanted to give Western Filters the best review I can. Amazing service guys! Ordered a Colorado timing belt & water pump kit on Friday (yesterday) and it's been delivered by 11.30 today Saturday! And I live in Salamander Bay in Port Stephens. Best company to with ever!!
Initially purchased a Uni filter for my ute, 5/5 for this, posted straight out, well packaged with a chuppa chup, nice thought shows they care (perhaps not for my teeth though). the "putor" said the waiting part arrived today. They should have communicated earlier, if I was leaving on a long trip I would have been significantly inconvenienced. However I wasn't, they appeared a bit embarrassed and express posted the filters at their expense.
Sometimes things go wrong or get overlooked, it is how you fix the problem that speaks volumes, and they did the best they could in this circumstance and lost a bit of profit in doing so. They care about the customer!

A Satisfied Customer – After much research I purchased in July 2022, a PROVENT 200 Kit for my PRADO KDJ120 series 4x4. Their fitting instructions were easy to follow and I am now coming up to the fitting of a new filter to the Catch-can. I purchased the new filter from Western Filters in Blacktown, NSW as their CUSTOMER SERVICE is EXCELLENT, also their advice is very helpful and can be reached via a phone call. Catch can – Great kit everything as stated freight was spot on a very small suggestion if you could adjust angle of can when installed would save a bit of mucking around but apart from that great setup.
The best company I have done business with – Over the last 6 years I have been an occasional retail customer purchasing the Provent 200 catchcan, replacement filters and components. Doesn't fit – Ordered catch can for ML Triton. Spent a good 2 hours modifying the supplied bracket and hoses so it wouldn't foul on the brake lines. For the money they charge it should fit straight out of the box. I asked some Triton owners on a FB forum and everyone had the same problem.
Great bit of kit to save you from any nasties in your fuel – Prompt service and delivery. Everything fitted up and is running smoothly.
