Shocking oven, must have got a dud – Our oven door lock became faulty, and the oven would not turn on. This and the door handle cracked. Called Electrolux (who own Westinghouse), they sent out serviceman. A new door plastic part and door lock ordered and replaced (promptly). Very next day oven would not turn on and door lock again faulty. Serviceman showed up again next day to inspect and noted broken, had no idea where to go from here, so he left without knowing what was happening. Called him a day later, stated new lock and now power board ordered to be replaced. Waited 2 weeks for that, Serviceman arrived with parts and fixed both - now works. However, after removing the gas stove assembly the top section is screwed on slanted with a notable gap on the right side compared to the left (looks like total trash). Fast forward to a month later -- door handle has cracked below the same area, shortly after this happened the same top handle plastic broken again. Wife also noted that the grill function is not even working after turning that on. What else could possibly go wrong with this unit? Will be uploading pictures! Westinghouse - I will be calling you in the next few days! Definitely want a refund and different model thanks!

My oven came with a fault they refuse to acknowledge or accept – Since I purchased this oven a year ago I have been battling this company to acknowledge the problem and replace the oven. I have spent countless hours and energy on this and now the problem is getting worse. The technician they sent out wrote a report stating in his opinion it was a fault that would get worse over time. Which it is. There are bubbles formed from under the surface of the enamel and it’s all lumpy instead of smooth and now there are even more lumps and the products are no longer brand new. I couldn’t be more upset or disappointed in the service and quality of these products that I paid big money for. It is disgusting and unacceptable. Do not buy, they are so bad to deal with. Of all the people I have spoken to and emailed not one has picked up my case and actually tried to help me or even made contact to let me k ow the outcomes and I’ve been battling this issue since purchase and installing coming up to a year ago. Not good enough. I will now be taking my case to fair trading and consumer affairs. Edit: all the appliances are starting to rust and they wont answer my emails

One of the best ovens I have ever owned – Our renovation costs had blown out considerably and when it came to finishing off the kitchen and as such I had to pair back the cost of the appliances. I hadn't looked at Westinghouse before until the salesperson told me about the features. The oven was made in Australia, something I didn't think occurred anymore. Twin fans to evenly distribute the heat. It has such a huge internal capacity I can cook all aspects of a roast meal at once. The even heat distribution is fantastic....amazing roasts, beautiful cakes and roast potatoes that are incredible. It is the only oven on the market with a built in air fry option. The gas burners work beautifully and are fine tuned to provide the right amount of heat every time. There is even a hidden storage compartment under the over to hide excess trays etc. The Dark stainless finish is stunning and is a great colour if your wanting black appliances without the starkness of black. The colour also integrates well into a kitchen if you have existing appliances that are brushed stainless. I've had high end/spec ovens prior to this one and I have to say that this gives everything else out there a run for their money both in features and in price. My only criticism is the knobs. They feel a little too plastic and would have felt better if they were metal or a higher spec plastic.
Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $2,700.
