Sorry Sonia, I am unable to answer your question but for O rings I can suggest a packet of various sizes which you will find at Bunnings or similar hardware outlet.

Is there a function to turn off the LED display when not in use (locked standby mode) other than switching off power socket at wall?

While washing out the removable water tank the parts of the outlet valve/ stopper at the bottom of the tank came out. There is a spring, a stopper and a rubber ring. Trouble is, I didn’t see how it was assembled before it all came adrift. Can anyone tell me how to put it back together. Which parts fit from inside the tank and which ones fit from outside/bottom of tank.

Westinghouse Instant Hot Water Dispenser WHIHWD03SS- is this last long ? Any multifunction after years? Thinking if I need to purchase any replacement plan , after its standard warranty, along with it .

Perfect hot water dispenser for my young kids to prepare their own hot beverage. However, be careful when you clean the tank, my soft sponge got caught with the part at the bottom. Can't fix back the spring or fill up the tank without leaking.

1) How long did it take to make a cup of hot water from the point of pressing the buttons? 2) Does making lower temp. water make it faster than making 100 degrees water?

Good question. You just need to set your temp and volume and press start. It comes out at 100oC within a few seconds. I am not sure if there is any obvious time lag between temperatures. If you are wanting an exact time, perhaps contact Westinghouse directly?
