Functions well, looks great – Bought 3 months ago. Overall, I really like the look and functions and especially the turn dial. Pros: large, spacious; feels well made; quick start selector and turn knob work well ... the buttons are all touch sensitive behind a glass panel and won't wear down; door operation mechanism seems good quality; I'm happy with the evenness of cooking but I only really use it to heat things or defrost; easy to set the power level; glass panels get finger marks easily but it's easy cleaned so I see that as a plus. Cons: touch sensitive panel can be difficult to see at times eg when light is reflecting; my kidults don't like the selector knob as much as me and prefer a button panel; not really an issue but make sure you measure the depth of cavity because this unit is much bigger depth than my last unit and sticks out a bit; clock doesn't stay displayed ... it turns off after 5 mins. All up, I'm really happy with this microwave and I think it feels like a more expensive unit compared to the many flimsy models on offer. June 2025 update: it's now a year old and works perfectly without any issues.
