Got the same problem. Spent a few hours on Google and Youtube and learned about the motorised "baffle". It's basically a black flap which opens and closes to let air from the freezer enter the fridge. Mine was open all the time. Stripped it down and found the tiny motor inside the plastic gearbox was stuffed. To get to it there's a single screw in the middle bottom of the plastic box thing at the top rear of the fridge compartment (it has the light and the controller in). You can then remove this entire box after disconnecting the 3 plugs at the top right corner. The baffle is the cream coloured thing that slots in the left end. Sometimes these get stuck due to ice too.

The freezer alarm in my Westinghouse 610 keeps going off. I have checked the sensor is clear and the door is closing. Freezer temp set at 18 and fridge at 3. Nothing has changed so not sure why it keeps going off every 50 minutes

The fridge freezer combo has worked well for us. It has not been in continual use since we purchased it new in 2014 and has been relocated twice interstate. After turning it back on after being unused for a year, it makes this incredibly loud and constant noise. The noise stops when you open the door. The noise fluctuates in sound and volume constantly. I am not mechanically minded but think that it may be possibly a fan bearing that has gone. As we live somewhat remote, it isn’t feasible to get a technician to attend. Is there any advise about how I could check this myself? Thanks

I have replaced the baffle but as soon as I plug it in it shorts our the digital display and resets it back to 12pm (the old one does the same). If I ignore it the fridge and freezer defrost. So have baffle in place and manually adjusted it for now as its a Saturday. Any idea what I can try next?

My WSE6100SA fridge has suddenly after 10 years started freezing food. It was set to 2 Degrees Celsius for all these years and I just moved it to 3 degrees. What could be the problem here.

It possibly has a fault with the relay that turns the compressor on and off. A component on the control board. It should be able to be replaced. I have recently had a similar problem with a commercial freezer. Contact a local repairer to have it fixed.
