haven't received a responce on what was wrong with it. Good one Electrolux, way to go guys. Two months later, the same problem. Electrolux who handle Westinghouse are as useless as and Westinghouse should reveiw thier service contract with Electrolux. A company that cannot even tell you when to expect the technician or when pick up will be. anytime within 8 hours is a poor excuse. They'll keep you waiting all day. I asked them to call an hour before pick up or before the tech arrives twice and twice, completley ignored my instructions. Going by these reveiws, I would not waste my time with Westinghouse ever again which once was a great brand / product. Electrolux, pull your heads in.

My last washing machine lasted 11 years, no dramas. This machine has been problematic from the very first day of use. It refuses to fill with water on many of the cycles. they come out smelling like they needed MORE of a wash. Stinky! This is a terrible machine. Buyer beware!

Game changer. Bought this 10kg bad boy to get though all the family washing. Takes a full washing basket, reduces the number of cycles and 1400RPM spin speed reduces drying time. The 60 minute wash is great (with 1400RPM spin speed) and the dirty kids clothes come out spotless. I use the 39 minute wash for adult clothes (only issue is the spin… Read more

speed is limited to 1000RPM for the 39 minute cycle). Nice and quiet. Very happy

Update: was talking with my wife, instead of presoaking all the kids stains, she just adds the napisan to the wash, and most stains come out (time saving). Only soak the stains that remain (which is rare)

Bought machine back in 2022, machine has problems with drum not spinning and leaving water in machine making it impossible to open as water was still in it, we called the service and booked for a tech to come out. would be without a machine for nearly two months, just a total joke. ( service Ref # 250402432) So we got a tech guy out, he did replace a back part but still didn't work, without a machine for 3 weeks so far. Rang tech guy to see what was going on and he said the main board would take another 3 weeks or more to get here so he suggested to buy a new machine. Very disappointing that we paid $1151 for a machine that only two last 2 years. I DO NOT recommend this product.

Decent Machine, poor customer service, difficult set-up – Setup requires the removal of 3 transit bolt assemblies. (as most washing machines do). The 2 lower ones are fine, unscrew the bolts, pull out the rubber grommets and plastic sleeves, retain for future transport. The top transit bolt assembly is too large for the hole provided, the bolt unscrews but the grommet and plastic sleeve can't be removed… Read more

Failure to remove voids warranty, so a pair of pliers/vice grips are required, the assembly will be destroyed as its removed and the sleeve will fall inside of the machine, making it no good for future use., and must be located and removed before using the washing machine. Plugs are provided to seal the holes left by removal of the transit bolt assemblies, but again the top one won't fit in the hole. My son who had ordered the same machine a few days after me, had exactly the same issues. I spoke with the installer at the store where we bought the machines, he informed me that all the Westinghouse machines he had installed recently suffered from the same defect. He also mentioned that he had told the Westinghouse sales rep about the issue, and that the rep was less than helpful and basically blew him off. Physical removal of the assembly by hand was impossible, caused bleeding and injury. Tool removal of the assembly caused broken parts and cosmetic damage to the machine. Fixing the issue seems quite easy - make the hole slightly larger, or the fittings slightly smaller. I emailed Westinghouse, who say they reply within 2 business days over a week ago and have had no response. So in a nutshell, the machine seems to work ok, but installation was much more difficult than necessary. Westinghouse customer service seems non-existent.

Extremly happy – Had this unit for 10 months now. Washes very well. Quiet. Spin drys most of the moisture out without wrinkling and creasing the clothes. Best front loader we have had to date. (and we've had a few) Easily adjustable settings as well as standard programs. Easy to use.
