Bought this washing machine only 3 weeks ago. Reason for choosing is because it has two sensible wash durations - 1 hr and a "Daily 39 minute" cycle. There is a shorter cycle and a variety of other pre-set wash cycles but the only pre-set cycle we have used is the Delicate cycle, which seemed too delicate but did a good job. We were a little apprehensive about the 1200 rpm spin cycle being a bit slow however it met our expectations, i.e. to reduce time for drying. We are able to choose from a variety of spin speed & water temperatures. Particularly like the delay finish feature so I can put a load into the machine and set the time I'd like it to finish. By using this feature we can put a load in at (e.g.) 8 pm and set it to finish at 7 am so it uses off peak electricity and is then ready for hanging up to dry during daylight hours. Very pleased with this machines operation.
Significant mould issue – After using this machine for 4-5 months we noticed a build up of mould inside the rubber rim. We contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a lemon bicarb mix to fix it (it had no impact). After a few more months the mould problem had become significantly worse. We contacted them again and were told we’d need to pay a service fee to have someone come out and replace it. We have never had this problem with any other washing machine. So disappointed, will definitely never be buying a Westinghouse product again.

Very disappointed – The washing cycles take very long. After you have chosen a program, it takes ages to calculate the load before it finally starts washing. The washing machine does not have a separate spin cycle. It only has a rinse and spin program which takes 55 minutes which is nearly the time of the Mix program. I actually had to stop the machine when it was on the Mix program to take items out again as it was not starting to wash at all.
