Purchased November 25. Not happy. My main issue is you are unable to select the water level you want to use. The water level is determined by the wash selection you use eg on a fast wash you can only have low level of water. Bought several new sheets and just wanted to fast wash before I used. Unable to select full water level. So had to select daily wash which to an hour. Unnecessary. It does have auto water level option but you can’t select that. I thought might be a fault and made 2 phone calls to customer service to see if this was the case, but no you can’t select your own water level. As a 70+ year old I have had a few washing machines and this is a first. Is a big fail for me. Must have been designed by a male who has never done a load of washing.
