Great at paying Claims – We were recommended WFI Insurance by a friend. They are not the cheapest, however when we have had to claim, which was twice, the have paid both claims without any fuss at all. Service is also fantastic.

WFI will deny a every claim until you prove them wrong – Our experience with WFI insurance is unbelievable. WFI was engaged to repair a simple leak and rectify the waterproofing in a bathroom. During the repair, we noticed shoddy work practices and non-complinat works. In the end, the job looked satisfactory but the true level of poor workmanship was hidden from view and did not become evident until serious structural damage appeared later. We are still trying to get the serious damage repaired and as far as we can tell the plumbers were unlicensed, did not comply with Australian standards and did not provide or submit a complinace certificate. WFI has been obstructive, delaying and dishonest at every step. We have asked for proof of licenses and compliance numerous times but they refuse to provide this data. The first claim took over 4 months before any action was taken and now its been another 6 weeks of stuffing around and time-wasting trying to get the further damage fixed. This is still ongoing.

Insurance you can trust, an exceptional company! – I just want to congratulate WFI staff for the exceptional customer service that they deliver. My daughter had just paid for rendering and painting of her house and was devastated when the garage doors and brick work were badly damaged with a vehicle . We luckily had convinced her to insure with WFI, as we had. Immediately, the amazing lady that took her call, removed all of her anxiety, taking care of everything.I mean everything
WFI arranged for a safety inspection, that occurred by COB that same day and an assessor on Monday at 930 am. The incident occurred around 1.30pm and they had someone at her house, driving to her from Brisbane, fantastic.
They (WFI)were exceptional, in today's world we need more companies like WFI!
Amazing!! Not only were they kind, caring and professional but their outstanding ability to deliver outstanding customers service like no other, let alone an insurance company!
They immediately ensured her safety, in securing the garage doors, arranging great people so quickly, but most importantly, continuing to be a company you can trust and rely on in that time of need.
Companies forget how much they mean to the customers. How wonderful it is when they are exceptional in the delivery of great service.
WFI must realize how lucky the company is to have such a valuable resource, in the awesome staff they choose.
So thankful to finally have a company that you can trust and get value for money.
No wonder Choice voted them number one!
