Fabulous service from Matt Burke & his removals Team on my move into Marcus Beach helping to transport my furniture and household goods in storage facility at Sippy Downs on such short notice! Perfect timing as he had a cancellation so I was lucky! Great communication! Very helpful friendly guys. Estimated costs for me. They picked up 7.30am & finished the unloading by 12n. Awesome help! I was very grateful for their services. Everything loaded and unloaded safely. No breakages. Moved my furniture and boxes into my unit where I'd indicated things to go, which helped me heaps. I would fully recommend Matt Burke at Where To Removals & Transport. Awesome Team! I'll definitely use them again next time I have to move. Best service ever! Beats the service I got from Internationally known Allied Pickford's Moving Services who lost 4 suitcases of mine full of very good clothing, (new & used), jackets, other garments, gifts & memories from my family & my grandsons, my sisters & my mother who gave me her clothes I loved so much from the 40s era. They couldn't do a simple job of transporting 15 ctns (which were damaged), with my 4 suitcases, from Vic to Sunshine Coast! I find out my goods were moved from 8 different depots!? My suitcases have never been seen again! Stolen? Wrong shipping container going overseas? Wrong storage facility? Who knows? No compensation whatsoever. Offered me $500 to take my reviews down & shut me up! I refused as no amount can replace what I lost! Too big for their boots to care!... BUT MATT AT 'WHERE TO REMOVALS & TRANSPORT' SHOWED THEM HOW IT'S DONE PROFESSIONALLY! GOOD ON YOU MATT & YOUR MATE!
