Disappointed with cook time feature – This is a good quality unit and no problems with heating quality. I just can't get my head around the cook time function, either way (quick start feature or more manual start option) you set the cook time AFTER the microwave starts, meaning heating has already begun as you fumble to get the exact time you want. This is my first whirlpool microwave so perhaps this is a standard function I'm just not used to but it's fiddly and disappointing. There is also no timer function which is no huge problem but would have been nice and the unit is louder than our previous microwave.

Good Solid 25L Microwave – Bought this 25L MICROWAVE from HN with 2 years warranty and 1 year extension with redemption. It's a compact modern looking microwave compare to some of the samsung Microwave. Even have the self cleaning function. I was tossing between getting one with grill / crisp function but still happy with this microwave. Only downside for me is the noise. I used LG before, feel like the noise level is less.

Hi Megan, The Jet Start button will start the microwave at max wattage for 30 seconds and then you can increase the time remaining using the jet start button or the + or – buttons. For the other cooking functions, after making your power selections you can use the + or – buttons to increase or decrease the cooking time before starting the cooking/reheating process. Regards
