I have yet to receive a response to my warranty claim regarding my washing machine. FDLR90250. CAS-61333-K9Y1F1. Purchased 28/6/2023. Kept in open well ventilated area. Developed rust on internal frame and external panels. Rust corroded through metal, creating holes and weakening structure. Suspension rod detached from external frame, affecting stability. Family of 5 with 3 young children. No resolution. Extremely disappointed in the quality. Expected more. Hoping for a prompt response.

Whirlpool too good to be true, but it is! – Being new to the Front load washing machine world, I was hoping I had made the right decision from a top loader to a front loader, I had my choice of a F&P or the Whirlpool 8kg 6th Sense Freshcare, it came down to the Whirlpool unit which was the last EU model and the reviews seemed good. I have now used this delightful front loader several times since having it installed and just love it to pieces, I can't believe how quiet it is, I actually forget I had it going. I love all the program options available and so far have zero complaints. I have noticed some reviews complaining about the water left in the seal after each wash, really this is not an issue, in my opinion it is normal, doesn't affect me taking the washing out, guess what if something gets a little wet, well it is being hung on the line to dry so no big deal. It washes brilliantly and yes you do need to pay attention to the wash cycles you choose and the max weight for that wash, or you will find it doesn't wash as expected, this is the world of front loaders, if you pay this attention, you have no problems and enjoy lovely clean washed clothes that take a fraction of the water to clean, it does take a little longer but you can work around this and have it delay set to come on when you sleep and the freshcare feature keeps washing fresh in the machine for several hours after a wash is completed. I 100% recommend this washing machine, we are so happy we chose this one and will never look back to a top loader. Do your research, the people who have issues, are likely not using it correctly so it is not the fault of the machine or design. Instructions are there for a reason. Yes buy this machine, it is awesome!

Large capacity with 5 year warranty – I've only had this washer for a month, but so far so good. What caught my eye was a 5 year warranty and large 10kg capacity. I have been able to wash queen size duvets which is great with pets around. Unit seems to perform well.
