Whispair Rangehoods

This company was outstanding in dealing with a question about a 7 year old range hood baffle. Quick response to emails and a replacement part supplied at no cost was amazing for this Australian manufacturer, especially as the item is still made after all this time (unusual these days!)

Bought a whisper montecarlo 90 range hood in 2023. Working great but one of the LED lights started to flicker. Called the service and was put straight through to someone who knew exactly what they were doing. Found my details in a few seconds and they send out free replacement globes. Very impressed

Exceptional Customer Service – I have a 2014 Whispair rangehood which has intermittent issues with the light and fan buttons. I contacted Haus Group to see if the model could be serviced. They responded very promptly, and sent replacement parts at no charge. The level of service that they provided stands out for the ease and speed with which they have helped resolve my problem. I cannot recommend Haus Group highly enough!

responded same day to our email and advised that although they were the new distributors, and unit out of warranty, that the company had a strong product support ethic and she would assist with replacements. Within a week we received two complete WHISPAIR downlight assemblies with new glass. Not only that there was no charge for the parts or the postage. HOW GOOD IS THAT. 10/10 WHISPAIR and HAUS GROUP. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding after sales service – Rangehood purchased 2015 but the control switch has twice failed, the second time outside warranty. Haus organised replacement switch and install very promptly. Impressed with the high level of professionalism and support. I would definitely purchase another product given the high standard of customer service. Thank you. The rangehood unit itself performs excellently and is very quiet.

are no longer the distributers of Whispair and they have no interest in providing support. Thankfully, James from Haus Group has contacted me and said that although they no longer manufacture this model they will step in and provide the service I need. I cannot ask for better service thank you Haus Group/Whispair. On a side note, the Whispair rangehood is fantastic, extremely easy to clean and quiet, I highly recommended the product.
