Doesn't fit very easy to swallow when sleeping. Don't bother!!

Not worth one star. Complete waste of money. Astounded these are being sold and I was foolish enough to buy them. I thought there must be something else in the pack, more to them to hold them in place -but no! If youre asleep and dont know you are grinding your teeth how can you know there is a loose piece of soft plastic in your mouth? Could be very dangerous. I can imagine someone swallowing and choking on one in the night.
Follow-up · No, they do not fit teeth at all. They are tiny slivers of soft plastic which the box states do not require heating in hot water to mould to your teeth, but they do require this and even so won't stay on. You can't wear them. I dont find it possible so cleaning is irrelevant.
