Terrible Experience! Do NOT Buy from WHO Bathroom Warehouse ⚠️ We spent almost $3,000 on a laundry kit, and what we received was an absolute joke. The cabinet doors are cream-coloured while the rest of the unit is off-white it looks completely mismatched and cheap. We contacted WHO Bathroom Warehouse immediately, and their response was… Read more

basically, “fill out this warranty form” no care, no responsibility, nothing. They pushed us to deal with the manufacturer ourselves. After multiple emails and photos, we were finally told to send the doors back and wait three weeks for them to be resprayed!

That is absolutely unacceptable. For the money we paid, we expected quality and accountability not excuses and delays.

We’re now taking further action against this company, even if it means spending more on legal fees. It’s about fairness. They should replace the doors immediately with the correct white ones and take back their mistake.

Save yourself the headache don’t make the same mistake we did. Avoid WHO Bathroom Warehouse at all costs.

Sales man just want a sale. They lied and obviously do not know their products – Was told that vanity would fit easily. Would slip straight in to a 1500 cavity. This was not true. He said it was 1500 long. Bought it and was wrong. It was 1517, meaning it would not fit. Went to take it back it no help. Just lies. Said once the box has been opened that’s it. Would not look at them again. Disappointing customer service. Show details

Customer Service – We recently renovated our laundry/bathroom an en suite. We spent nearly $6000 with WHO bathrooms and for the most part were satisfied with their product and service. However two recent incidents have soured our opinion. A mixer tap fitting for the laundry basin when installed was leaking. When who were contacted they advised it must have been… Read more

damaged by the plumber - the plumber advised this was not the case. To complete the renovation we purchased a replacement mixer and fittings from a competitor which the plumber installed free of cost. The 2nd incident related to a mixer tap which we had purchased and was surplus to our needs. Given the amount we had spent we thought it only reasonable we could obtain a refund upon returning the item. However we were advised the mixer was damaged - a scratch which they said was clearly evident but not visible to anyone else who has inspected the unit.

In reading past reviews this lack of admitting fault in resolving service issues appears to be a recurring outcome.

The customer is always wrong – I purchased a vanity from WHO. When it came time to install the vanity had damage to it. On calling WHO Tony promptly started speaking over the top of me and stating how we must have damaged it. We didn’t damage it but it was clear that this company doesn’t do responsibility or replacements. He stated that the business had recently sold and that… Read more

he had no records, which may be true, but seemed unlikely to me. We eventually gave up and the builder repaired the vanity and installed it.

Extremely bad customer service – We renovated our bathroom and ensuite a couple of years ago. Recently when we were suffering from extremely hot weather BOTH of the toilet seats 'exploded' within two days of each other. We called the WHO bathrooms business where we bought the items and was told to send in pictures of the damage which I did. They replaced one seat with an inferior… Read more

one that did not fit the shape of the toilet - within days it cracked on the seat part. My husband than rang to arrange to replace both seats and we were accused of intentionally damaging the seats and they would not replace them at all. The sales person was quite rude, we now have not toilet seats to fit on our toilet. These were a different shape to the standard oval front as they have a square shape in the front - we now cannot get seats to fit from any other company.

Please be aware of the history of this company - they sell cheaper items but they are definitely NOT a company that is looking out for their customers. Not very Australian at all :(

Never again – Bought kitchen tap about 3 years it started to leak under had developed holes on the underside They replaced it last year this morning I now have the same holes underneath, it cost me $50 for the plumber to install the last 2. Also mirrored bathroom cabinet has now started to get moisture around the sides starting to pit. Only sorry that I didn't read the reviews sooner. I have recommended them to a lot of people so sorry now.

Crap Company would not use again – Called up to order and advised need items urgently they agreed to express ship them 3 weeks later still waiting. Call up to ask for update and get different story every time. Decided to ask for refund and did not want to give refund and asked to call back. Really rude staff over the phone when speaking with them. They want to charge a 25% restock fee for something that was not shipped.

Check your delivery times – The prices were great and, I did a fairly big order. I made the mistake of not checking on how long delivery would be. It has actually cost me thousands. I expected 1-2 weeks and acknowledge that Christmas was in the mix but, now end of January and still waiting desperately. In hind sight I should have gone to a traditional supplier it would have been cheaper in the long run.

Helpful – It's the first time I have renovated my bathroom toilet etc.so was inexperienced on where to start.I went to Who Bathrooms who sell prepackaged vanity units etc.Well I didn't know what prepackaged meant .It means not assembled.Anyway to cut a long story short ,it's been an learning experience .A word of advice show your invoice to your plumber… Read more

before he starts the job as ,I didn't, So I wanted a mixer on the shower but we had two taps originally,so plumber didn't know so I had to change to two taps with Who bathrooms and bought wrong size vanity, but had no trouble with exchanging things that weren't right .Tony and Mano were very helpful, and went

out of their way for me.Very economical prices too.

Toilet retailer with crappy service – Shoddy pricing practises - beware items at Who Bathroom Warehouse Tweed Heads South with no pricetag and the salesman's spiel of "it's usually $X but I can do it for you today for $Y" - the everyday/online/advertised price may actually be cheaper than Y. Also the toilet I bought had a cracked lid and internal part straight out of the box - best… Read more

to check first to avoid having to return/exchange - quality is not awesome (and if your plumber is on standby waiting while you drive back to the store to swap out a broken part - hardly value for money, either).

And finally - beware the salesmen - I'm not sure if it's just a bad egg at the Tweed store or the store's hiring practises more generally, but in addition to the guy who sold me my 'discounted' item for more than the regular price, the guy who handled my return was a total a*sehole. Seriously. Forget about an apology for the inconvenience - if you want to avoid being treated like sh*t for daring to return something that doesn't work, stay away and buy from store that actually understands the meaning of customer service.

You can buy largely the same items/discounted bathroom products from many stores - I'd definitely suggest going to a different one instead. After three visits to the store to buy and then sort out issues, hopefully will not have to deal with them again (fingers crossed their product lasts the distance). Deceitful pricing/sales methodology, broken product out of the box, extremely rude staff member on return to exchange.
