Whole Yards

Whole Yards did a job for me some time ago which was satisfactory. I recently contacted them to enquire if they were interested in do a Paving repair for me, I sent a photo and a follow up e mail on the 2nd March. Followed up with a query email on the 9th March. They claim they did not get the email so I resent it on the 12th March. To date they have failed to respond to my query. If they didn't want to do the job, why not just tell me. Ignoring my correspondence shows a lack of professionalism in the way they do their business. Customers beware.
