Don't rent through Wilson Bitten!! – Zero effort / zero care applied. The property manager will walk in look at nothing, then hike the rent up. Property managers have no idea about construction / maintenance / repairs. They don't vett their trades people, just throw work to any tradie. Took over a year to get a plumber out for a blocked sink (just use draino they say). No notice, the trades ring up and say 'are you at home? I'm coming in an hour'. Email esponses to WB take minimum 3 weeks (if you get one). Beware the fine print in their ditrect deposit details....they can take what they want when they want!

5 major points of difference – There 5 points of difference are they have no intention of giving back your bond,they will accuse you of making changes to the house that were already there that the owner made, then call you a liar, they will hold on to any advance rent payments that you have made then argue the point as to were the money comes from ,and any problems you notify them of they will deny or say that person was put off then if that's not enough they will accuse you of being an unsavoury character as they are experts on these matters personally I think investment property owners would love them but for the poor old renter you are nothing I would avoid wilsonbritten Morisset at all cost.
