Don't waste your money – If I could give Very zero stars I would. Absolute rubbish claims to be Australian made. I suspect Australian assembled from components from China

Waste of time and money – Bought a second Windoware outdoor retractable blind from Bunnings - a year after first blind locked. Mechanism locked on first extension of blind. Could not unlock. No instruction provided. Called Windoware - apparently their Bunnings sold product is dealt with by a sister company in Melbourne. Easier to return product than waste time on attempting repair. Steer clear of this product.

Jammed blind and chain fallen off – Chain mechanism brought the blind half way down and then the chain fell off! The blind is now jammed and won’t go up or down. How do you put the chain back on and unnamed it? Show details

Outdoor blinds – I bought two blinds for outside patio area and they are good.I was aware they are 90% regarding the sun. My only problem was I would have liked to have been able to buy a wider two.That way all that area would have been coved. I am very pleased with them and a friend fitted them. My landlord too, I believed was very happy with them.

Avoid them if you respect your hard earned money – Their outdoor rollers are absolutely made to break within 12 months. Like the other reviewers I was also told you get what you paid for! Absolutely to be avoided. Do not for a minute trust the reviews on google as they remove unfavourable reviews as windoware pays google to remove these. Low quality retractable outdoor shadecloth blind with faulty mechanism – Bought a number of their outdoor retractable blinds. All broke within 2 years (very occasional use). Roller Mechanism has failed Their service is worse than their products. They avoid responding to you and then tell you "you get what you paid for!". Buyers beware

Great product works well – Had a great experience with head office in Queensland and great service regarding their product . Highly recommend . They supplied parts at no cost for couriering to Sydney and for parts

What a load of low quality goods with the lowest quality service! – Bought a number of their outdoor vertical blinds. all the attachments rust due to low grade metal. The fabrics all crunched up and the manual handle broke all within 2 years (very occasional use). Their service is worse than their products. They avoid responding to you and then tell you "you get what you paid for!". Buyers be aware, do your homework make the right decision for yourselves because this mob is out to make a quick buck!

Excellent blinds – Brought 2 if these outdoor blinds to protect all my parrots that live on my verandah they are perfect they keep the heat ,sun and rain away from my parrots and their cages and also have a 5 year replacement warranty....PERFECT.... Show details
