negative reviews but unsure how else I can communicate with this business. My advice - save your time and money and order elsewhere!

Very fast response. Good Communication. Very efficient retailer – I have bought the GB Pockit+ stroller for our upcoming overseas travel. I deposited the money at 1:00am and i was so excited to get the item already, I emailed them to say that I have already paid and wow! I woke up at 9am and Angela has already responded to my email saying that the item is on its way.. :) This shop is highly recommended and ill definitely be buying more items from them. OH!! before I forget the shipping and handling is FREE as well if you purchase an item for a specific minimum price, it is clearly stated on the website so you wont miss out.. :) Hope this gives this amazing retailer many millions of customers cause they sure deserve it.

BTW, I usually don't put reviews online unless it was a very bad service but WINKALOTTS NZ has really exceeded my expectations that I have to write a good review for them.. :)

Buggy Order – Ordered a buggy through winkalotts as it worked out cheaper with the exchange, the customer service was great answering any concerns I had. I received the buggy quickly with no issues. Extremely pleased they went the extra mile with helping me select the right buggy for my family.

Appalling customer service – Pre Ordered baby Jogger GT the pram kept on getting delayed. I was never notified of the delayed that happened and I had to keep on chasing him up. I told him I needed the pram by a certain date as I needed to take it away with me and he assured me that I would have it in time but it never came in time. Then when he finally sent it the price was cheaper and I asked him to honour the price at the time of shipment and he refused I had to be charged at the time of the order was placed which was early October. I am not happy with the lack of communication.

Took my money – I ordered a playpen which cost $150. After it not being delivered to my house after 6 weeks I asked for a refund. They say they refunded the amount to my PayPal but I didn't receive any funds. Told me to sort it out with my bank. I've been trying to get my money back for months now. Not looking like I'm going to.

Very Happy – Highly Recommended!!! They respond to all my email queries on time.. The delivery took only a day.. The product is in very good condition. All in all.. I'm very happy with their service! :)

Never buy again – Bought baby jogger pram with second seat, paid in full. Received half of order after 1 week. Have to call, chase for the remainder which eventually came 2 weeks later. Very poor customer services. First order will also be last

Buy from an Australian Retailer instead – Purchased a Baby Jogger City Select. Was about AU$100 cheaper compared to the cheapest Australian Retailer. Took a week to arrive which was good. Unfortunately, on one of the main frames/bars there is a small dent with some chipping and scratches exposing the underlying metal. Not impressed with the customer service.

Great price and super fast shipping! – I ordered a Baby Jogger City Select pram and bassinet from Winkalotts on Monday and it was delivered (I live in Melbourne) on the Friday. Very, very happy. Plus, it was heaps cheaper than what I would have got it for in Australia. The best price in Australia was over $100 more than Winkalotts. Highly recommended! Price and shipping time

I was always informed of the progress of the order and tracked my consignment once it was dispatched.

Warranty is still covered in Australia even though purchased in New Zealand.

the day. They refunded the shipping cost for the accessories and just included it in the shipping cost for the pram! They are easy to contact via email and I had no problems at all! As we have the same standards it is ok here in Australia and warranties etc are valid too. All in all an excellent experience! Price, shipping speed!
