Do not recommend – The dealer installed our Witi system and I wish we had spent the $1000 on something else. The sensors inside the van (one on door and one on wall towards back of van) require battery replacement every 3-4 weeks. have to replace the batteries so often. When you replace the batteries you have to reconfigure the sensors which is painful when you have to do it so often. We liked how the brakes lock on and the indicators flash with an alarm when the Witi is set off but after a few months of travelling we were looking over the system and found the cable hard-wired into our batteries (which are under the van). A clever theif would simply cut the wires to disable to whole system. Not sure if this was dodgy installation from our dealer.

Stopped working as soon as we left the dealer – It sounded like a great idea and worked during handover of our new caravan. We arrived home and had not been able to get the alarm to work. Great product with fantastic backup service – I have had this security product installed on my caravan for three years and have found it to be highly functional, easy to operate and reliable. caravan parked outside their workshop, quickly assessed the issue, replaced parts that were working, re-positioned sensors to a more workable location and then re-programmed the device software to make sure everything was up to date. This service occurred three years after purchase at no charge. I could not recommend this product or their service backup highly enough.

Fantastic product and even better customer service. Bonus is Australian designed and manufactured – Have been using WiTi for 3 years, certainly provides piece of mind with caravan security and safety. Had a couple of issues but Tony and his team handled them professionally, you cannot ask for anything more. Highly recommend and looking forward to an upgrade in the future.

First Class After Sales Service – I had an issue with the unit. Completed the warranty form and posted the unit to Witi. Unit fixed (not a product fault) and shipped overnight no cost. Can't best that for service. Show details

Best suite of electronics and security products for caravans! – All WiTi products work amazingly! We have WiTi anti-theft, GPS tracker and wireless brake controller and they work flawlessly! And most importantly they are extremely helpful, pleasant and patient to deal with. Can't recommend them highly enough.
