Awful, DO NOT USE – Says free then tries to charge you at the end. Poor support and poor templates.
Complete junk. Won my chargeback because the document was completely unusable – Purchased their simple online advertising agreement for a one-time payment. It was supposed to contain an online advertising agreement for our clients who are interested in advertising with us to sign. The document lacked teh ability for the customization I was expecting, and have seen on competitive sites. It was also rejected by my client because it was incomplete. It's extremely difficult to find any contact details for trhe company, but I did make several attempts at contacting them, and they simply never answered my inquiries. There is no phone number available, just through their "contact form" on their site. I very much doubt there are many real, living people there, but especially seriously programmed computers that produce pre-written sentences and text.
Just because they may have a "no refunds" policy should not mean they're able to misrepresent what theyu offer and defraud me out of my money with no recourse.
Complete junk. "in my opinion."
MAJOR FAILURE OF SERVICE - they supplied me a document that were NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and they failed to refund – The following review is based on my own personal experience and written as my own personal opinion this entity. As we had decided to change the name of our company after ASIC had allowed for the registration of two entities with near identical names. Once we became aware of the other company we immediately moved to change our company name to prevent possible confusion. I went online to purchase the legal documentation to enable us to change the name of the entity with ASIC. I found the website www.wonder.legal and ensured that I selected Australia as my country on the home page that came up on their website. I then did a search for change company name and selected the document Directors Resolution because upon.reading the information on the document and as my entity had a sole director it appeared that I could use this document. This site also published that this document had been legally reviewed on the 8th May 2019. This gave me a false sense of security and led me to believe that this site had ensured that its documents were legally correct. This turned out not to be true based on my own personal experience. The cost of the document was $49.99 and I purchased this document from www.wonder.legal on the 5th August 2019. The information also stated that it could be used under the Corporations Act and the example they gave was of a company changing its name from one name to another. Their wording gave me the deceptive and misleading impression that this document would be fit for purpose. In good faith I filled in this document and down loaded. Paid my $400 with ASIC and filled in the corresponding ASIC form and uploaded the supplied filled in form from wonder.legal. ASIC refused to allow the company name change to go through and they cited the document supplied by wonder.legal as being incorrect and not able to be used in the circumstances of changing a company name. I sent correspondence to wonder.legal on the 7th August 2019 requesting that they provide a refund as the document was not fit for purpose, and I explained that ASIC had rejected our request solely based on the document provided by wonder.legal. I got back a response where all wonder.legal did was to send me a copy of my invoice that I originally received on 5th August 2019 when I made the purchase. Based on my personal experience, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE TO USE. It is my own personal opinion based on my own personal experience to date that this is a DODGY SITE. Further more I am of the personal opinion that this site is operating outside of consumer law in both France and Australia as it is illegal to be deceptive and misleading. I would also like to point out that I do not work nor do I own shares in any other legal practice and I have decided to write this review after www.wonder.legal failed to rectify the issue and failed to refund me.
