support. At least I was able to use the card. Yippee! Here just sharing experience and a few tips, hopefully helpful to everyone.

At Woolworth supermarket, when the card didn't work, we were asked to go to Telstra for help. Only for Telstra to flick us back to Woolworth. What I figured is that it is a Woolworth Gift card so Telstra sourced it from Woolworth. Woolworth really is the card issuer, generating the card, PIN, barcode, etc, not Telstra. So I called Woolworth Gift Card support - 1300 101 234 - (not supermarket the retailer). We quickly confirmed the card is operational and PIN is correct.

We could check the card balance at https://www.everyday.com.au -> Gifting -> Check Balance ourselves too. Just enter the card number and PIN. This proved that the PIN is correct and I successfully used these 2 pieces of info and completed a purchase with the card. Haven't tried using the barcode yet, so maybe I jumped the gun a little. But so relieved that it works, I want to share this experience which might be helpful to you.

Why 5 stars? Wife called Woolworth for support before. While she couldn't get the problem resolved. Woolworth was so nice she was given some store credits. Thank you! The lady from Woolworth Gift Card support I spoke to was very friendly, patient and courteous, guiding me to through how to check it myself. Well done Woolworth Gift Card team.

On Wednesday 10th September 2025 somebody used my card fraudulently to purchase a $500 Big W Gift Card while I was in bed with coronavirus and they are refusing to help me so I would using them all together because they obviously couldn't careless about their customers.

Getting a bit expensive – I have been using chrisco for a number of years. I also have been getting a woolworths Gift card . Today I found out that you actually have to Pay $12.00 for chrisco to send it out to you. That's ridiculous.

ACCOR gift cards misleading and not fit for purpose – ACCOR gift cards are a scam! avoid I have some upcoming hotel stays and purchased an Accor gift card with a substantial Everyday Rewards points bonus. for full rate bookings, often AUD $100 or more than the discount online nightly rate 2. Bookings made directly with the hotel still require another credit card to secure the booking, and bookings are charged at the full public rate with no Accor member discount because the booking can’t be made online with the gift card 3. most hotels are only taking non refundable bookings over the holidays…which means the gift card can’t be used at all to make a booking with these properties.

I have contacted the Woolworths Gift Cards and requested a refund. I have also pointed out the card, due to its many restrictions, and the inflated applicable room rates makes it virtually unusable and not fit for purpose. This is a complete rip off, and the many restrictions and exclusions need to be clearly visible to potential purchasers.

Totally oblivious to their customers – Gift card were sent electronically using a link which didn't work. "Help" staff's solution was that I download and install a differentt browser. Just for the sole purpose of doing business with them, and them alone. No knowledge of the subject at all, they read from a card. Avoid.
